| The "three rural issues" has always been the main task of the central and local governments.Besides,promoting rural economic development cannot continue without the financial support.At present,China is in the crucial period of building a well-off society and winning the battle of poverty alleviation.Promoting the overall development of rural economy has become the top priority in the governments' current rural affairs.Thus,how does the rural finance play its role in advancing rural economy and solving the "three rural issues" has become the focus of the development and reform in rural areas.Under this background,we take Hebei Province as an example.Based on the financial and economic growth theory,we firstly using descriptive analysis to describe the rural economic financial status in Hebei province.Secondly,we use the method of gray correlation model as the empirical analysis to test the degree that the finance support the rural economy.The result shows that there exists a strong correlation between financial support and rural economic development.All financial indexes(financial scale,financial structure and financial efficiency)have greatly promoted rural economy.In addition,this paper also uses a case of Yang yuan county.The case mainly talked about how the rural finance supported the donkey industry in Yang yuan county and bring the problems and experience to other cities and counties in Hebei.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the suggestions and policies to help to develop rural economy.The suggestions include the establishment of rural financial market,improvement of residents' financial knowledge,and exploration of new ways to boost rural economy,etc.These suggestions can help Hebei to grasp the historical opportunity to build a good rural financial system,accelerate the reform of the rural financial system.It also has very important significance to upgrade rural industrial structure and rural economic development. |
