As one of the main economic crops in my country,the demand for vegetables is increasing rapidly.The operation mode of artificial planting makes the production cost of vegetables higher.Transplanting vegetables on plastic film can improve vegetable production efficiency,increase vegetable output,and increase economic benefits.In this paper,aiming at the problems of large inertia force of the planting device on the membrane and poor dynamic performance of high-speed planting,based on the high-speed planting device on the vegetable membrane,a kinematic model of the composite crank-rocker planting mechanism is established,and the interaction mechanism between the hanging cup planter and the soil is studied.Analyze the dynamic performance of the planting device and carry out experiments to verify it.The specific research content includes:(1)Establish its kinematics model based on the compound crank-rocker planting mechanism,use the analytical method to derive the motion trajectory equation and motion equation of the hanging cup planter,and write the kinematics simulation analysis program on the MATLAB platform according to the equation to obtain the hanging cup planter Displacement,velocity and acceleration curves verify that the hanging cup planter achieves zero-speed seedling throwing and ensures the planting uprightness.(2)Design three types of hanging cup planters and explore the interaction mechanism between the hanging cup planters and the soil.The theoretical analysis of the soil penetration process of the cup planter is carried out,and the relationship between the resistance of the cup planter and the relevant factors in the process of penetrating the soil is obtained.Based on LS-DYNA,the hanging cup planter-soil model was established to complete the simulation of the hanging cup planter entering the soil,and the influence of the hanging cup planter type,planting depth,and planting frequency on the soil resistance was obtained.Based on LabVIEW to compile the soil resistance collection program,design experiments to verify the simulation results.(3)Analyze the working process of the composite crank rocker planting mechanism,establish a dynamic model,complete the force analysis of each member,and explore the influence of each member on the dynamic performance of the device through the dynamic auxiliary analysis program.A dynamic simulation model was established based on ADANS,and dynamic simulation analysis was carried out to explore the effect of the double-row planting mechanism on the balance of inertial force and verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Carry out vibration test to verify the correctness of dynamic simulation results.(4)The field test of planting devices was carried out.The test results showed that the average uprightness qualification rate of pot seedlings was above 95%,the average uprightness excellent rate was above 89%,and the average planting qualification rate was above 95%,which satisfies The planting requirements specified in the dryland planting machinery standard;the average coefficient of variation of the plant spacing is about 6%,indicating that the planting device is stable in operation;...
