Film mulching planting technology has brought considerable economic benefits since its introduction,but it also caused a large number of film residues in the field,which seriously affected the sustainable development of agriculture.In order to solve the problem of residual film,researchers have developed a series of residual film recovery machines and tools,but the problems of low picking rate,single operation mode,serious winding of residual film and high impurity content of residual film are still prominent.In view of the problems existing in the existing residual film recycling machine,the research group has developed a tooth chain air suction residual film recycling machine suitable for the recovery of residual film in the plough layer of cotton field.The three-dimensional model of the machine is established.The kinematics and dynamics of the key component film pickup device are analyzed and simulated based on ADAMS and LS-DYNA.The steady-state flow field of the air suction film collector is simulated and compared based on fluent.After the design and analysis,the physical prototype is processed and manufactured,and the field test of the prototype is carried out.The optimal working parameter combination of the machine is determined through the analysis of the test results.The main research of this paper is as follows:(1)By investigating the cotton planting mode in Xinjiang,it is determined that the working width of the machine is 2000 mm.During the preliminary investigation,the soil parameters were measured and the mechanical properties of the residual film were compared.It was found that the mechanical properties of the residual film decreased significantly,and the single operation mode had poor film lifting effect,while the composite operation mode of membrane picking and binding could ensure the residual film picking rate.The basic research provided a reference for the design and Simulation of the whole machine.After analyzing the machine design requirements and putting forward the whole machine scheme,the whole machine model is established by using three-dimensional modeling software.(2)The structure of the key component tooth chain film pickup device is designed.Through the theoretical analysis of the film pickup process,the condition of continuous film pickup is confirmed,that is,the rotating speed is greater than 85r/min;The structure of the nail tooth drum is designed,and the spiral arrangement form of the nail teeth is determined.The performance of the designed nail tooth drum is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation value is 80.24,which belongs to a good category.The motion analysis of the film pickup device is carried out based on ADAMS.The simulation results show that both film pickup devices can achieve a good film lifting state.In order to verify the operation reliability of the film pickup device,the nonlinear dynamic simulation analysis of the film pickup device is carried out based on LS-DYNA.The simulation results show that the maximum stress of the spring tooth is 293.74 MPa and the maximum stress of the nail tooth is 214.77 MPa,which is lower than the allowable stress of the material,and the work of the device meets the strength requirements.(3)The overall design of the air suction membrane collecting device is carried out,and the size of the rectangular part of the gravity sedimentation chamber is obtained through theoretical analysis;According to the actual operation,the film suction centrifugal fan is designed;The steady-state flow field of the device is simulated and analyzed based on fluent.Three groups of film suction port wind speeds of 14 m/s,16 m/s and 18 m/s are set for comparison.The simulation results show that the film suction effect is good and the impurity removal ability is excellent when the film suction port wind speed is within 14-16 m/s.(4)After the prototype is processed,the field single factor test and multi factor test are carried out.Through the analysis of the test results,the best working parameter combination of the machine is obtained,that is,the forward speed of the machine is 4 km/h,the wind speed at the film suction port is 15.2 m/s,and the speed ratio between the tooth chain film pickup device and the nail tooth drum is 1.3.At this time,the residual film recovery rate of the machine is 87.4% and the impurity content of the residual film is 7.3%.In order to verify the optimization results,the field verification test was carried out with the best working parameters.The verification results show that the optimization model is reliable.The field experiment shows that the actual field working performance of the machines and tools designed by the research group is reliable.
