| Xinjiang has a vast territory,rich soil,water resources,large temperature difference between day and night,slightly alkaline soil quality,unique climate is suitable for tomato growth and large-scale planting.Mechanized seedling cultivation and transplanting technology suitable for field planting,can avoid disaster weather,and the survival rate of seeds is improved..But the planting mechanism of domestic transplanter is single,so it is difficult to popularize and use in large area.Therefore,it is of great significance to design the staggered chain clip transplanting mechanism to promote the agricultural mechanization production.In this paper,the design and research of the transplanting mechanism of staggered chain type transplanting machine are carried out,which mainly include:(1)The scheme design principle and scheme design form of staggered chain clip transplanter are determined,and the working principle of stagger chain clip transplanting mechanism is obtained.Combined with the morphological characteristic parameters of bowl seedling and the movement characteristics of the seedling in the planting mouth designed the shape of the planting mouth.The transmission route of the mechanism is obtained from the transmission of the planting mechanism.(2)According to the theoretical condition of zero speed seedling of planting mechanism,combined with the movement characteristics of chain drive and double crank mechanism designed the staggered chain clip planting mechanism.Referring to a motion cycle,the kinematics model of planting point F was carried out.Origin8.5 was used to analyze the track of the planting mechanism,and the curves of the velocity,displacement and height of the F point of the planting mechanism were obtained.(3)Analyzing the force of the planting mechanism,calculating the traction force needed by the planting mechanism,selecting the parameters of the chain clamp device.Get the center distance of the chain drive mechanism,the effective circumference force,the compression force.In order to give full play to the maximum transmission power of the chain transmission mechanism and determine the optimal transmission parameters,the roller chain transmission was optimized.According to the optimized design results,the solid modeling of the whole planting mechanism was modeled by Solidworks.(4)According to the analysis of staggered chain clamp type planting mechanism of key components of chain clamping device ADAMS,verify the feasibility of the mechanism motion,consistent with the motion model,provide theoretical support for the design of the late.Combined with force analysis of planting mechanism,ANSYS workbench was used to carry out finite element analysis of planter shelf.Getting the total displacement of planting the frame plate and transplanter frame plate equivalent stress nephogram.The maximum stress of 58.33 MPa and the maximum deformation of 0.80 mm are within the allowable range.Strength meets working requirements.Carry on the bench test to the planting organization,verify the rationality of the organization. |
