At present,rice is the largest food crop in China.Its planting area and yield are the first in China.Rice pot seedlings were transplanted with soil and picked independently.It didn’t damage roots,seedling survival quickly,good seedling quality,early tillering,more tillering,strong lodging resistance,high earing rate,large panicles with more grains and high yield,and increasingly favored by the majority of rice farmers.Direct seeding is the main method of rice planting in foreign countries.The rice pot seedling transplanting equipment abroad is expensive and has high requirements for related supporting equipment,and it’s not very practical.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a suitable transplanter suitable for China’s agricultural modernization.By analyzing the transplanting mechanism of pot seedling transplanting mechanism at home and abroad and combining the characteristics of pot seedling transplanting,this paper innovatively designed the rice pot seedling transplanting device,and carried out the transplanting performance test.The main research contents are as follows:1)In order to reduce the injury of seedling picking mechanism to seedling in the process of seedling picking,the extraction characteristics of rice pot seedling were studied experimentally.Set up the extraction force test-bed.The extraction force was used as the test index to explore the effects of seedling varieties,seedling ages,seedling picking angles and seedling picking positions on the extraction force,to find the specific relationship between the factors and the extraction force.Test results show that the higer position,the greater extraction force;The extraction force was small when seedling picking angle was 45°;The extraction force increases with the growth of seedling age.The best transplanting working environment for rice pot seedlings(the seedling picking angle45°,the seedling picking location 15 mm,the seedling age 19d).2)Innovative design pot seedling transplanting device.Analysis of pot seedling transplanting device at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of each transplanting device,the transplanting device with simple structure and effective transplanting pot seedlings was innovatively designed.Including seedling picking mechanism,mud covering mechanism,vertical mechanism for conveying seedlings and transverse box moving mechanism,and to expound the specific working principle of each institution.According to the requirements of each mechanism,an effective and reliable transmission system is designed.3)ADAMS/View was used to analyze the virtual simulation of seedling picking mechanism.The kinematics simulation analysis of the seedling picking mechanism was carried out by ADAMS/View.The results showed that the seedling picking mechanism could pick up seedlings at the corresponding position.When the clamp is opened,the4)distance between the clamping seedling points is 11.5mm.The clamping distance of the front end of the seedling clamp is 17.5mm,less than the distance between the guide rods for conveying seedlings is 19.4mm,the effect of seedling picking is better.When the seedling clamps are closed,the spacing between the clamping seedling points is 0.5mm.A layer of sponge can be pasted on the inner side of the seedling clamp to reduce the damage to the seedlings.The velocity and acceleration of the clamping seedling points in all directions were obtained.5)Set up the test device frame,trial produce and install the parts of the transplanting device,and carry out transplanting test.Taking the injury rate and the missing extraction rate of seedling as the test indexes,the test of seedling picking was carried out.With the increasing frequency of seedling picking,the seedling picking machainsm has large vibration and low movement precision.As a result,the miss extraction rate of seedling and the injury rate of seedling increased slightly,The best injury rate of seedling and missing rate of seedling were 2.14% and 3.57%respectively,slightly lower than the requirements of mechanical industry.After transplanting,upright degree of seedling reached 98.33%.However,the depth of most pot seedlings can not meet the transplanting requirements after transplanting,and most of the pot bodies are above the mud surface.The qualified rate of planting depth after mud covering reached 90.83%,which would not affect the upright degree of seedlings after transplanting.
