As we all know, China is a country with scarce arable land, according to increase the per unit area yield and cropping index is a major measure to increase grain production. According to agronomic experts years of research, it shows that the bowl seedling transplanting has the advantages of no wound and no slow seedling stage which can improve the output more than 10 percent; Seedling transplanting in dry land at drought and flood years can ensure the survival rate, it is an important guarantee for food security in dry land. Bowl seedling transplanting on plastic film has the following advantages: it can make full use of the advantage of the high yield of the bowl seedling, it is an important measure in organic agriculture which use less herbicides; finally, it can improve the soil temperature and enhance the soil water retention function.Vegetables, tobacco, cotton, corn, and other flower crops bowl seedling transplanted on the plastic film showed the advantages of increasing production and quality, but the whole automatic mechanical transplanting is a worldwide problem, among then, bowl seedling transplanting with broken plastic film; Acupoint injection water; Delivering soil to plastic film, soil covering and suppress are the key issue of bowl seedling transplanting on plastic film. The main research work of this paper author is the innovative research, design and development of the soil delivering on plastic film. There is little research on this aspect of the world, the main form are furrow sowing and hole sowing, the whole automatic bowl seedling transplanting equipment has not appeared; The film transplanting machine used in domestic, conveys the soil on the plastic film with a continuous and long strip, which wastes a large amount of soil and covered the area of the plastic film is large.In order to solve this problem, a new type of soil feeding device is put forward, it can effectively save the soil, seal the hole on the plastic film, improve the heat preservation effect of the soil, restrain the growth of the weeds and increase the light area of the plastic film. The main research contents are as follows:(1)Invent the soil deliver device. Put forward the intermittent type feeding device, the core part is send soil auger, the helical blade welded in the inner of the auger, in the end of the soil outlet there has disk with sector gap, the soil transported to the end fall down on the film intermittent, form the mound near the upcoming planting seedlings.(It has already declared the inventive patent, Patent Publication No. CN10376054A)(2)Analysis the working principle of soil feeding device. Analysis the working principle of the soil delivering on the plastic film under different cultivation patterns, in order to enhance the universality of the soil delivering device, adapt the different forms of soil delivering under the single and double row planting patterns, put forward a soil conveying device before transplanting, which can used between seedlings or between the lines.(it has already declare the inventive patent, under the substantive examination phase)(3)The overall design of the soil feeding device test bed. Design the shovel soil mechanism, profiling mechanism and delivering mechanism, calculation the expanded size of the spiral blade in the auger; soil intake can be adjusted, in the outlet of the soil there has disk with sector gap, by adjusting the opening size of sector gap to control the intake of soil.(4)With the aid of three dimensional software, assembly virtual prototype, find the design errors and unreasonable in time, draw out the two dimensional part graph, processing the physical prototype of the test bench and assembly debugging.(5)Experimental study. With shovel wafer and machine direction angle, the distance between shovel auger and soil entrance on auger, the depth of shovel auger are the main influence factors, the amount of fall out soil index, single factor and orthogonal test on soil conveying device, select the parameters which can realize the soil delivering before transplanting.Main conclusion: the soil deliver device can realize intermittent output soil, achieve the primary and secondary sequence of factors which affect the amount of output soil and optimal combination parameter.
