| Wheat is one of the largest major crops grown in the world.It is of great significance to promote agricultural economic development in China to ensure its yield can be increased continuously.Chemical fertilizer is an indispensable means of production in agricultural production.It is not only an essential nutrient element in the process of crop growth,but also one of the important factors of high and stable yield of crops.However,long-term irrational use of nitrogen fertilizer,phosphate fertilizer and other fertilizers will not only cause water eutrophication and groundwater pollution,but also lead to soil acidification,and aggravate the generation of haze.Biological fertilizer can increase fertilizer utilization rate,control soil p H and improve soil structure.Popularizing the use of new biological fertilizers is an effective measure to solve the problem of excessive application of chemical fertilizers.The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of the application of a new biological fertilizer "Grass Root 10" on the growth,yield and quality characters of wheat.The main research results are as follows:(1)Applying "Grass Root 10" biological fertilizer would promote early differentiation of wheat young ear.The young wheat with fertilization showed a stronger form than that with no fertilization treatment and the fertilization promoted tassels to tassels one day earlier.In addition,fertilization also shortened the duration of the two-rib stage and prolonged the duration of the primordium differentiation stage.The sampling observation at seedling stage showed that the growth rate of 8 wheat materials after fertilization was faster than that of the seedlings without fertilization.Meanwhile,fertilization significantly increased the number of population before thewinter and population in the spring,by 2.07%-16.27% and1.29%-9.85%,respectively.Laboratory experiments showed that "Grass Root 10" biological fertilizer could promote the root growth of wheat at seedling stage and significantly increase the total root length,total surface area and total number of root tips of wheat.The increases of the eight materials were 8.04%-53.69%,19.78%-124.13% and 5.56%-29.65%,respectively.(2)Applying "Grass Root 10" biological fertilizer increased the grain filling rate.The average grouting rate(V)and the maximum grouting rate(Vmax)of the grouting parameters were significantly increased,and the increases of 8 materials were 7.27%-21.24% and12.72%-21.33%,respectively.Secondly,the grain filling duration(S)and effective filling duration(Se)were increased by 6.70%-10.20% and 6.49%-10.90%,respectively.(3)Applying "Grass Root 10" biological fertilizer increased the effective spikes,kernels per spike and 1000-kernel weight of the eight materials to 4.63%-21.59%,1.69%-5.45% and 2.22%-5.54%,respectively.Fertilization significantly increased the yield of 8 materials by 2.86%-19.9%.(4)The grain bulk weight,wet gluten content,stability time and maximum tensile resistance of 8 wheat materials were significantly increased by 0.47%-1.82%,0.67%-3.90%,25.68%-125.20% and 7.09%-52.25%,respectively,after the application of "Grass Root 10" biological fertilizer.In conclusion,"Grass Root 10" biological fertilizer can promote the root development of wheat at seedling stage,accelerate the process of wheat young ear differentiation,increase the number of wheat tillersand,improve the grain filling rate.These influences would eventually increase the final wheat yield by increasing the effective spikes,kernels per spike and 1000-kernel weight.In addition,"Grass Root 10" biological fertilizer can also improve wheat processing quality.The results provided a theoretical basis for rational application of biological fertilizer "Grass Root 10" in wheat. |
