| Biological fertilizer is a new type of fertiliser that can improve waste and soil damage caused by over-application of fertilisers.Fertiliser application can have an impact on agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics as well as chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters and yield quality of crops.In order to investigate the effects of different biofertilizer and compound fertilizer on the agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics of leaves,chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters,leaf physiological indicators and fruit yield and quality,this experiment was carried out with different biofertilizer and compound fertilizer ratios,Three fertiliser treatments were applied:T1:80%and 20%with compound fertiliser and biofertiliser;T2:50%and 50%with compound fertiliser and biofertiliser;T3:20%and 80%with compound fertiliser and biofertiliser.The control was applied as a control(control check).The following results were obtained:1 The effect of biological fertilizer application on stem height and thickness of Cer asus humilis.In the middle and late stages of Cerasus humilis growth and development,the application of bio bacterial fertilizer can significantly promote plant growth,and both are significantly higher than the treatment of single application of composite fertilizer.When the ratio of composite fertilizer to bio bacterial fertilizer is 50%and 50%,the maximum plant height and stem diameter are 125.20 cm and 7.01 mm respectively;But as the amount of biological fertilizer continues to increase,these promoting effects will be relatively weakened.2 The effect of biological fertilizers on photosynthetic parameters of Cerasus humilis.During the expansion period of the plum fruit,the chlorophyll content reaches its peak,and the highest chlorophyll content is 4.32mg/g when the ratio of compound fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer is 50%and 50%,with no significant difference between other groups.In the later stage of the results,when the ratio of compound fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer was 50%and 50%,the total chlorophyll content of Prunus humilis leaves was the highest at3.64mg/g,and the total chlorophyll content of plants with single application of compound fertilizer was the lowest at 3.30 mg/g,significantly lower than other treatments.In the late stage of fruit growth and development of Prunus humilis,when the ratio of compound fertilizer to biological fertilizer is 50%and 50%,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,and stomatal conductivity values are all the highest at 19.26μmol?m-2?s-1、12.68 mmol?m-2?s-1、140mol?m-2?s-1.When the ratio of compound fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer is 50%and50%,the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration value is the smallest,which is 230μmol?mol-1.3 The effect of biological bacteria fertilizers on chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic para meters of Cerasus humilis.After the application of biological bacterial fertilizer,during the fruit expansion period of Prunus humilis,the maximum photochemical efficiency Fv/Fm of PSII and the actual photochemical quantum yield Y(II)of PSII were the highest at a ratio of 50%and 50%,respectively,at 0.729 and 0.448,which were significantly higher than those of plants treated with compound fertilizer alone.The highest q P value of the photochemical quenching coefficient is 0.605 when the ratio of composite fertilizer to biological bacterial fertilizer is 50%and 50%.The plants treated with compound fertilizer alone were significantly lower than those in other groups.The lowest q N value of non photochemical quenching coefficient is 0.373 when the ratio of composite fertilizer to biological bacterial fertilizer is 50%and 50%.4 The effect of biological bacterial fertilizers on physiological indicators of Cerasus humilis.The research results of leaf protective enzymes of Prunus humilis showed that the combined application of biological bacterial fertilizer had little effect on superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase of Prunus humilis leaves,but after the combined application of biological bacterial fertilizer,the activity of leaf protective enzymes would increase in a small range.The highest SOD activity was 101 U/g when the ratio of compound fertilizer to biological bacterial fertilizer was 50%and 50%,while the lowest CAT activity was 1484 U/g when the ratio of compound fertilizer to biological bacterial fertilizer was 20%and 80%.There was no significant difference in CAT activity among different fertilization treatments,and the lowest POD activity was 585 U/g in plants treated with compound fertilizer alone,which was significantly lower than other fertilization treatments.The research results on osmoregulation substances in plum leaves show that the application of bio bacterial fertilizer has little effect on osmoregulation substances in plum leaves,and the content of soluble sugar and soluble protein in the leaves begins to decrease during the initial fruit stage.5 The effect of biological bacteria fertilizers on the yield and quality of Cerasus humilis.The research results on the yield of plum fruit under different fertilization treatments show that when the ratio of compound fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer is 50%and 50%,the fresh weight,dry weight,transverse diameter,and longitudinal diameter of the fruit are all the highest,3.18 g,0.38 g,16.85 mm,15.37 mm,and the single application of compound fertilizer treatment is significantly lower than other groups.When the ratio of compound fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer is 50%and 50%,the yield is significantly higher than other groups,reaching 988.48 kg/667㎡.When the ratio of compound fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer is 50%and 50%,the soluble sugar content and soluble protein content of plum fruit are the highest at 6.91%and 3.82 mg/g,respectively.There is no significant difference in the organic acid content of plum fruit under different fertilization treatments.When the ratio of compound fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer is 20%and 80%,the highest vitamin C content in plum fruit is 50.95 mg/g.The vitamin C content in plum fruit treated with compound fertilizer alone is significantly lower than that in other groups.In summary,when the ratio of compound fertilizer and biological bacterial fertilizer is 50%and 50%,the agronomic traits,photosynthetic characteristics,chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters,physiological indicators of leaves,and quality and yield of Prunus humilis are the best. |
