| Tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum Mill.) is one of the most widely distributed and consumed vegetables in the world with high economic value and nutritional value With the constant expanding of tomato cultivating areas, quantity of phosphate fertilizer increased gradually for tomato high yield, but utilization ratio of phosphate fertilizer decreased, only10～25%phosphorus is absorbed and utilized by crops in the season, other majority are fixed by soil, large amount of phosphorus is lost. Consequently, it is necessary that how to apply phosphate fertilizer rationally and raise the utilization ratio of phosphate fertilizer.Mrinkarin biological phosphate and superphosphate were regarded as phosphate source in this research. Effects of different phosphate concentration on growth of tomato seedling stage, soluble sugar, soluble protein, root activity and phosphorus content were studied. Both potted experiment and of pot and laboratory analysis were carried out to reseach systematically the effects of biological phosphate fertilizer on growth situation, yield, quality of tomato, as well as bio-fertilizer in the greenhouse in the application of results of field trials. The conclusions as follows:1.Suitable biological phosphate(l:100~1:5000) can promote the growth of tomato seedlings. It also stimulates the accumulation of soluble sugar and soluble protein, increased root activity and the absorptive capacity of the mineral elements. It has positive role to cultivate the strong tomato seedling.2.Suitable biological phosphate can increase the tomato plant height, stem diameter, leaf length and leaf width which were significantly improved in1:200treatment. The phosphatase activity increased with the fertilizer lever which is highest in1:200treatment. Appropriate amount of phosphorus (1:200) can promote the absorption of phosphorus, as well as transport to the fruit which is conducive to the improvement of quality and quantity.3. Suitable amount of biological phosphorus help tomato enhance the production and nutritional value. When the fertilizer lever is1:200, the quality is best, and yield is remarkable increased.Suitable amount of biological phosphorus can improve the growth, yield and quality of tomato, it also has important application value on the improvement of economic results. |
