| Biological fertilizer is based on organic and inorganic fertilizer on a new fertilizer produced inoculating microbes,promote plant nutrient uptake,disease prevention,to reduce the amount of fertilizer and so many important roles,with the development of biological fertilizer application green none contaminated agriculture and other aspects have very broad prospects.However,in agricultural production,there is a phenomenon that the fertilization of biological bacteria is unreasonable,the potential for fertilization technology that causes biological bacterial fertilizers has not been realized.In this experiment,as the research object pepper,provided the biological fertilizer application rate different gradients,through field block experiment with biological fertilizer and fertilizer study effects on growth.Pepper administered four fertilization process were designed,respectively,to process(1):two fertilizers,proportion of compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer 75%and 25%,respectively;process(2):application of compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer two fertilizers,compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer accounted for 50%and 50%respectively;process(3):application of compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer fertilizer two fertilizers,compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer the proportions are 25%and75%respectively.Applying compound fertilizer alone(N-P-K:20-8-12)as control(CK).In addition to the CK process,60kg of fertilizer was applied per 667m2 for each growth and development period.The effects of different application rates of microbial fertilizer application rates on agronomic traits,leaf photosynthetic parameters,chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters,yield and fruit nutrient quality of pepper were studied.The following conclusions were obtained:1.At the initial flowering stage,there was no significant difference in plant height and stem diameter.Process(1)had the highest total chlorophyll content of1.97 mg/g.There was no significant difference between process(1)and process(2),and both were significantly higher than CK and process(3).process(2)had the highest net photosynthetic rate of 13μmol?m-2?s-1,which was significantly higher than other process.2.In the flowering stage,the total content of chlorophyll in process(2)was the highest,being 2.23mg/g.The difference between process(1),process(2),and process(3)is not significant.The total chlorophyll content of CK was 1.99 mg/g,which was significantly lower than other fertilization process.each process plant leaves protective enzyme activity assay results showed that fertilization blade POD,SOD,CAT activity has little effect.process(2)had the lowest POD activity of 919U/g,which was not significantly different from process(1)and process(3).process(3)had the lowest SOD activity value of 553U/g,however,there was no significant difference between process(1)and process(2).process(3)had the lowest CAT activity value of 477U/g,there was no significant difference from process(2),and there was no significant difference between CK and process(1).3.In the late flowing stage,the Tr value,Gs value,and Pn value of process(2)are the largest,respectively 4.7mmol?m-2?s-1、295mol?m-2?s-1、12.1μmol?m-2?s-1.The difference between process(1),process(2),and process(3)was not significant and was significantly higher than CK.Process(2)has the highest Fv/Fm,Y(II),and qP,respectively,0.662、0.515、0.727.The difference between process(1),process(2),and process(3)was not significant,and was significantly higher than CK.The lowest(2)qN was processed,which was 0.324.4.Agronomic traits of different treated plants indicate that,In the late flowing stage,the plant height and stem diameter of process(2)were the largest,115.0cm and 9.8mm,respectively.The plant height difference between process(2)and process(3)was significant,but the difference in stem diameter between the two was not significant.The CK is 96.0cm height and stem diameter and 9.2mm,and significantly lower than process process(1)and(2).5.Statistical results of different process plants showed that,process(2)pepper yield was the highest,2635.5kg/667m2,compared with CK yield increased by 12.38%.CK was significantly lower than process(1),process(2),and process(3).There was no significant difference between process(1)and process(3),and both were significantly lower than process(2).The highest soluble protein content was1.69mg/g,and the soluble sugar content of process(2)was 3.50%.The Vc content of process(2)was not the highest,but the difference between the treatment(3)is not significant.In summary,the best fertilizer effect process(2),that is,the application ratio of compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer is 50%and 50%,respectively,and the dosage of compound fertilizer and biological fertilizer is 30kg/667m2.The growth and development index of pepper plants under the fertilization conditions,the fruit yield and quality were superior. |
