| Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture was first recorded in the book "Zhen Jiu Ju Ying" by Gao Wu,and has a profound influence on the blood flow of the body.It is written in the form of a song,"yamen laogong sanyinjiao,yongquan taixi zhongguanjie,huantiao sanli hegubing,this is Huiyangjiuzhen acupoints.",which have the effect of harmonizing yin and yang,invigorating blood and opening up the channels,and are of great clinical value.In this study,we investigated the effect of Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture on the quality of awakening in female cats undergoing neutering surgery,to understand the effect of Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture in the perioperative period,to provide a reference for acupuncture intervention in the perioperative period to ensure the safety of anaesthesia,and to explore the effect of Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture on blood routine and blood viscosity changes after cat neutering surgery,hoping to lay the foundation for the clinical application of Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture in small animals.It was hoped that this would lay the foundation for the clinical application of the technique in small animals.In this study,35 healthy female cats undergoing routine sterilization were selected as the research objects.After general anesthesia,the female cats were sterilized.After surgery,the cats in each group were treated with Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture in different order.The groups were the control group,positive sequence acupuncture group,disordered sequence acupuncture group,random acupuncture group and reverse sequence acupuncture group,and7 cats in each group.Relevant monitoring indexes of cardiopulmonary system and detection indexes at the time of recovery were recorded,and blood samples were collected before and after anesthesia for the detection of blood routine,blood glucose and hemorheology indexes.The purpose of this study was to investigate the recovery effect of Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture on animals in different sequences after anesthesia.The following research results were obtained:1.The results showed that the recovery time of eyelid reflex,spontaneous breathing,swallowing reflex,first head up and first standing time were significantly shortened after positive sequence acupuncture(p < 0.05).During the recovery process,compared to the control group,the systolic,diastolic and mean blood pressures and respiratory rate of the cats were significantly lower and respiratory rate was significantly higher in the positive sequence acupuncture group(p < 0.05);the systolic,diastolic and mean blood pressures were significantly lower in the disordered sequence acupuncture group(p < 0.05);the heart rate was significantly higher in the random acupuncture group(p < 0.05);and the body temperature was significantly different in the reverse sequence acupuncture group(p < 0.05).Compared to the positive sequence acupuncture group,the end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure of the cats was significantly lower in the disordered sequence acupuncture group(p< 0.05);heart rate and diastolic blood pressure were significantly higher in the random acupuncture group(p < 0.05);body temperature was significantly different,mean pressure was significantly higher and respiratory rate was significantly lower in the reverse sequence acupuncture group(p < 0.05).Compared with those at 0 min,the body temperature of the cats in the control group decreased significantly and the systolic blood pressure and mean blood pressure increased significantly(p < 0.05);the body temperature of the cats in the random acupuncture group decreased extremely significantly(p < 0.01);the body temperature of the cats in the reverse sequence acupuncture group decreased significantly(p< 0.05).2.The number of red blood cells after anaesthesia was significantly lower in the control group(p < 0.05),the disordered sequence acupuncture group(p < 0.05)and the random acupuncture group(p < 0.01),but the difference in the number of red blood cells before and after anaesthesia was not significant between the positive and reverse sequence acupuncture groups.The mean corpuscular volume after anaesthesia was significantly lower in the control group(p < 0.05),the disordered sequence acupuncture group(p < 0.01)and the random acupuncture group(p < 0.01),but the difference in mean corpuscular volume before and after anaesthesia was not significant in the positive sequence group and reverse sequence acupuncture group.The percentage of all types of leukocytes was extremely significantly lower in the blank control group after anaesthesia(p < 0.01),the percentage of all types of leukocytes before and after anaesthesia was significantly lower in the positive sequence acupuncture group and the reverse sequence acupuncture group(p < 0.05),and the percentage of all types of leukocytes before and after anaesthesia was significantly lower in the disordered sequence acupuncture group and the random acupuncture group.The mean platelet volume was significantly lower in the control group and the disordered sequence acupuncture group after anesthesia(p < 0.05),and the differences in platelet indexes before and after anesthesia were not significant in the positive sequence acupuncture group,the random acupuncture group and the reverse sequence acupuncture group.The blood viscosity and apparent class indexes were significantly lower in the control group and the random acupuncture group after anesthesia(p < 0.05),but the differences before and after anesthesia were not significant in the positive sequence acupuncture group,the disordered sequence acupuncture group and the reverse sequence acupuncture group.In conclusion,Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture performed in a positive sequence can effectively facilitate the post-operative awakening of surgically neutered female cats and effectively stabilize their heart rate and blood pressure during the awakening process.The positive or reverse sequence of Huiyangjiuzhen acupuncture after anaesthesia can effectively maintain the stability of the red blood cell count and white blood cell count;it can also maintain the stability of blood glucose,which is conducive to maintaining the stability of blood properties and has a good effect on the post-operative recovery of the animals.Positive sequence acupuncture at Huiyangjiuzhen acupoints can better maintain the stability of hemorheology in cats after general anesthesia,while reverse sequence acupuncture and random sequence acupuncture have weak maintenance effects.No effect was observed between the control group and random acupuncture on hemorheology. |
