Study On The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures Of Soil And Water Loss In Jiange County

Soil erosion has become a global environmental problems, in order to follow the guiding ideology of sustainable development strategy in our country, a survey are carried out all over the country for the local soil and water loss to analyze the present situation of soil erosion and make feasible prevention measures, this have important significance to effective prevent the soil erosion and slow down the water erosion. Took the Jiange couty in Sichuan province as the research object, studyed on the current status of the soil and water loss to understand the dangers of soil and water loss on the local economic and social development, and analyzed the specific causes of soil and water loss and problems that existed in the process of soil erosion management. This could formulate the corresponding control measures of soil and water loss and put forward a reasonable management plan to provide the reference. The main result showed that:(1) The soil erosion with a total area of 1652.31 km" in Jiange county, accounting for 51.18% of the vast area, annual average erosion volume of 5.6999 million tons, including mild erosion area of 603.46 km", accounting for 36.52% of the loss area, moderate erosion area of 1022.07 km2, accounting for 61.86% of the erosion area, the intensity of erosion area of 26.78 km", accounting for 1.62% of the erosion area, the territory of the main soil erosion type is sheet erosion, and tend to occur in the farmland and slope, the slope of the size is proportional to the strength of the soil and water loss.(2) The soil in study site had a potential danger of water loss and soil erosion, and the easy loss of slope land was generally between 15°-75°, accounting for 78.27% of the land area. The basic condition of soil and water loss in the county was caused by rainfall.(3) Long-term control work of water loss and soil erosion had achieved remarkable achievement, with erosion modulus of 3560 t/km2 · a decreased to 2870 t/km2 · a, all kinds of water storage for sand engineering increased from 8400 to 26217; Food production had also increased, on average 210 kg per mu before governance and 487 kg per mu after governance, the per capita output increased from 249 yuan to 2631 yuan, and the per capita net income increased from 131 yuan to 1467 yuan.(4) Soil erosion mainly existed some problems, including the little knowledge of hazard of water erosion by the cadres and the masses, the weak infrastructure, the shortage of funds and the lag of research and so on. In view of existing problems, can strengthen the vegetation restoration of soil and water loss, actively carry out soil and water conservation science and technology promotion, and intensify law enforcement work of soil and water conservation to improve the prevention supervision system of soil and water loss.(5) County soil and water loss control plan to sword door closed forest park key prevention reserve to focus on prevention of soil and water conservation reserve construction; Sets up the key prevention supervision area, including key prevention supervision area, the sword of the new Jian (ge) Jin (Zi mountain) highway reconstruction project supervision area, Jian (ge) Yan (ting) highway reconstruction project and Wuyinyuan Mountain branch drainage engineering, and divided the key management area, put forward the corresponding laws of soil and water conservation and supported policy planning and engineering measures.
