Study On The Impact Of Land Trusteeship On Farmers’ Green Production

With the progress of society and the development of the times,people’s life needs have changed.The concept of life is a changing process.The demand for agricultural products also shows a love for green products.How to increase the supply of green products to meet the needs of the people has become a new research topic.Based on an organization that meets the production needs of farmers,land trusteeship can provide many functions,such as sharing information,providing agricultural materials and guiding agricultural technology.The shortcomings of grass-roots agricultural production technology promotion organizations and the current system have been fully filled,widening the road of new green agricultural technology promotion.In view of the above,in the vast literature,the factors of farmers’ adoption of green production technology and land trusteeship should be fully systematically combed,and the field investigation should be carried out in Zhumadian agricultural field in Henan Province.It is necessary to fully understand the adoption of farmers’ green agricultural production technology and the fact that farmers purchase trusteeship services,Using the binary logistic model,this paper discusses the impact of farmers’ purchase of custody services on their adoption of green production technology,and understands the impact of custody services on Farmers’ adoption of green production technology through analysis.Finally,it analyzes the impact of land custody on Farmers’ adoption of green production technology again.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,there is a positive and significant relationship between farmers’ adoption of green production technology and farmers’ purchase of land trusteeship,that is,farmers who have purchased services are more likely to adopt green production technology than farmers who have not purchased.It can be seen from the analysis of the impact of land trusteeship service on Farmers’ selection of technology,Land trusteeship can introduce the factors of green production in detail to farmers who do not actively participate in green production.Under the condition that farmers’ enthusiasm for green production is not high,land trusteeship can better promote green production among entrusted farmers;At the same time,the adoption of green production technology by farmers can not only improve the yield of grain,but also reduce the pollution to soil and water sources,and protect the agricultural environment.Among them,the effect of trusteeship farmers is greater than that of ordinary farmers.Second,the driving effect of land trusteeship on the adoption of different green production technologies is different.Through the analysis of the data of the survey area,it is found that the driving effect of adopting high-quality seed technology for trusteeship farmers is the best,followed by water-saving irrigation,green management technology,soil testing and formula fertilization,biological pest control technology,product quality detection and screening,and soil improvement.Third,among other influencing factors,age,educational level,part-time agriculture,the number of household labor force,the degree of scale and the degree of land fragmentation have a positive and significant impact on Farmers’ use of green production technology.Specifically,the older farmers are,the more willing farmers are to adopt green production technology;The higher the education level of farmers,the greater the possibility of adopting green production technology;The higher the degree of part-time operation of farmers themselves,the more farmers tend to adopt green production technology;The greater the number of labor force in farmers’ families,the more they want to use green production technology;The larger the scale of land owned by farmers,the more conducive to the promotion of green production technology;The higher the degree of land fragmentation,the greater the demand for green production technology.Finally,based on the above conclusions,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: first,improve the new technology promotion system and increase the promotion ability of land trust organizations;Second,improve the standardization of land trusteeship and enhance the service capacity;Third,we should train professionals in land trusteeship and build a team of compound technical talents;Fourth,optimize the external macro environment and improve the technology subsidy mechanism.
