Study On Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Small Farmers’ Participation In Agricultural Green Development In Jilin Province

The country is based on agriculture and the people on food.In the new journey of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,agriculture will be given priority support and development as the top priority of national development.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy calls for seeking high efficiency with high quality,saying goodbye to the backward development model with quantity as the prerequisite,and turning agriculture into green development conforms to the new requirements of the new era for the modernization of agriculture in the current stage,and conforms to the historical development trend.As a profound revolution of modern agricultural development,green agricultural development should play a leading role in rural revitalization strategy and a key role in agricultural supply-side structural reform.Jilin province as a big agricultural province and ecological province,to shoulder at the same time maintain the dual responsibility of national food security and ecological security is the broad masses of small farmers in the province must be combined effectively,guide the small farmers become beneficiaries of the participants,builders and green agriculture development,promote the development of Jilin province agriculture high quality high benefit,takes the lead in realizing agricultural modernization.Taking the participation of small farmers in green agricultural development in Jilin province as the research object,this paper analyzes the realistic contradictions and opportunities of small farmers in the internal and external environment of green agricultural development.Through questionnaire survey data,under the guidance of basic theories such as farmer’s behavior theory,planned behavior theory and sustainable development theory,a multiple logistic regression model was established to divide small farmers’ participation in agricultural green development into three types,namely preliminary participation,moderate participation and deep participation,which were used as explained variables.Follow the small farmers perception of green agriculture,intention,and the analysis method of the concrete behavior in the process of agricultural production,farmers selected age,family income level,development prospect of green pesticides and green cognitive as explained variables such as green development of Jilin province small farmers to participate in current agriculture behavior and influence factors to carry out the analysis.The results show that farmers’ age and farming years have a negative impact on farmers’ participation in green agricultural development,while farmers’ income level,green production technology training,financial support and farmers’ cognition of green development prospect have a positive impact on farmers’ participation in green agricultural development.Based on small farmers to participate in the Jilin province agriculture the influence factors of the green development behavior,on the basis of empirical research,comprehensive analysis and conclusion based on expanding farmers intrinsic ability to consolidate cooperation consciousness,enhance the level of green production skills,outstanding advantages to enhance the anti-risk ability,relying on science and technology information to improve information control.Based on the optimization of the external macro environment,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as improving the personnel training system,strengthening the financial service system,intensifying the construction of scientific and technological innovation system,perfecting the socialized service system,closely connecting the interests mechanism,and improving the supervision system of agricultural green development.
