Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in the face of the increasingly poor agricultural farming environment,the Chinese government has begun to attach importance to the development of green agriculture and has successively issued support policies for the development of green agriculture,marking that China's green agricultural development has entered specific implementation by policy promotion stage.The adoption of green agriculture subsidies is the key promoter of promoting green agriculture and an effective means adopted by many countries.China is in a critical period of ecological civilization construction.To realize the development of green agriculture,the government urgently needs to improve the implementation system of green agriculture subsidy policies to promote the development of green agriculture.However,as the main participant in the development of green agriculture,farmers protect the environment The consciousness and initiative have not been significantly improved.How to encourage farmers to conduct benign agricultural production has become a key link in the implementation of green agricultural subsidy policies.Firstly,based on the relevant theoretical basis of green agricultural subsidies and farmers' behavior,this paper analyzes the important impact of China's green agricultural subsidies on national social development and economic production.Secondly,through the EKC curve inflection point and the threshold panel model,we conduct an empirical analysis of the production behavior of farmers in China,and analyze whether the incentive effect of the green agricultural subsidy policy on the heterogeneous production behavior of farmers is positive.Finally,study the role of green agriculture subsidy policy in food production and environmental protection,provide a theoretical basis for green agriculture subsidies,in order to improve the subsidy implementation process and establish an evaluation mechanism.The research content of this article is composed of six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction.Firstly,the research background,research significance,research content and research methods are explained.Literature review of relevant research on green agricultural subsidies at home and abroad,and then summarize the possible innovations and deficiencies in this article.Chapter 2 Theoretical basis and related concepts,based on the theory of related agriculture and farmers,analyze the impact of green agriculture policies on agriculture and farmers.The third chapter first describesthe development process of China's green agricultural subsidy policy,classifies the green agricultural subsidy policy,introduces and analyzes the main green agricultural subsidies,and then analyzes the implementation status of the green agricultural subsidy policy and proposes that the policy Problems during the process.Chapter 4establishes a panel model based on the data related to the green
