Research On The Influencing Factors Of Clean Energy Consumption Behavior Among Farmers In Luxi County

Farmers’ daily energy is an important aspect of rural energy consumption,and its clean transformation has become an important path to assist in the construction of beautiful rural areas and "zero carbon rural areas",and even to achieve the regional"dual carbon goals".Living energy,as a contributor to rural energy demand,can provide a basis for the implementation of precision energy policies through research on the choice behavior of living energy consumption.Therefore,a systematic study of the consumption choice patterns of farmers’ daily energy consumption,revealing the influencing factors of daily energy consumption choices,can better explore the obstacles to energy use.This article systematically reviews the progress of energy research both domestically and internationally,constructs a general framework for studying farmers’ living energy.Against the background of literature support,combined with the economic development status of Luxi County and the current situation of farmers’ living energy consumption choices,a questionnaire covering factors such as farmers’ family,personal factors,external environment,and policies is designed.Build a basic database for research through a household survey of 305 farmers in Yanting County.This paper adopts a binary logistic econometric model to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ consumption choice of clean living energy,and systematically elaborates on the direction and degree of action of relevant factors,The research results show that farmers tend to prefer non clean energy in their consumption choices for domestic energy,and their consumption choices for clean energy are mostly in low energy consumption areas,such as domestic hot water and daily bathing.Farmers lack internal motivation in their consumption choices for clean energy.This article uses a binary logistic regression model to explore the factors that affect the application of clean energy by farmers.Through empirical model analysis,it can be concluded that:(1)among individual characteristic factors,age variable is significantly negatively correlated with farmers’ clean energy use behavior;There is a significant positive correlation between cultural level and farmers’ clean energy use behavior.(2)Among the factors influencing household characteristics,variables such as permanent resident population,annual income,and terrain have a significant impact on farmers’ behavior in using clean energy.(3)In the characteristics of policy satisfaction,satisfaction with price of new energy equipment,satisfaction with discounted loans or subsidies for infrastructure and new energy construction projects positively affect farmers’ clean energy usage behavior.Therefore,Luxi County should refer to the advanced experience of some energy optimization zones,combine with local conditions,and formulate relevant solutions tailored to local conditions to solve the practical problems in Luxi County’s farmers’energy consumption choices and increase the proportion of clean energy.
