Study On The Coupling And Coordinated Development Of Intensive Use Of Cultivated Land And New Urbanization In Ningxia

In order to protect cultivated land,promote the healthy development of new urbanization,solve the contradiction between cultivated land utilization and urbanization development,and make Ningxia realize the coordinated development and common prosperity of cultivated land intensive utilization and new urbanization.In this paper,the five cities in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as a whole are studied,and the years 2007-2020 are taken as the period of study.Firstly,the index evaluation system of cultivated land intensive use and new urbanization system is established,secondly,the coupling coordination degree model was built to calculate the coupling coordination degree between the two systems,and finally,the coupling coordination degree of the two systems was calculated,using panel Tobit model,the influence factors of coupling coordination degree of two systems are analyzed.The results show that:(1)from 2007 to 2020,the level of new urbanization and intensive degree of cultivated land in Ningxia showed a fluctuating growth trend.There are great differences among cities,among which new urbanisation is concentrated at a high level in Yinchuan and Shizuishan.(2)there are differences in the degree of coordination between the new urbanization level and the cultivated land intensification in the five cities of Ningxia.In 2020,except for Zhongwei,the other cities are in a state of imbalance.In general,the level of coupling and coordination of the two systems in several cities is constantly improving.(3)There were significant correlations between the disposable income per capita(m),agricultural labor force(h),crop sown area(r),pesticide input(C),the ratio of added value of primary industry to added value of secondary and tertiary industry(F)and the coupling degree of intensive use of cultivated land and new urbanization.The ratio of added value of primary industry to added value of secondary and tertiary industry,agricultural labor force,input of pesticide and the coupling degree of the two systems have significant negative correlation There was a significant positive correlation between the coupling degree of the two systems and the disposable income per capita of the whole population and the sown area of crops.To this end,while separately raising the level of new urbanization and the level of intensive use of arable land,it is necessary to improve the coordination between the intensive use of cultivated land and the new urbanization in Ningxia from the aspects of economic and industrial structure adjustment,labor force transfer,land and so on.
