Urbanization Process,Cultivated Land Protection And Its Coordination Relationship In Tai’an City

China has a large population and a shortage of land resources.The problems between construction demand and cultivated land protection are becoming more and more serious.It is of great significance to deal with the relationship between cultivated land and urbanization.In recent years,with the accelerated development of urbanization and industrialization in Tai’an,the construction of infrastructure such as transportation,communication and electric power has been constantly improved.The occupied arable land in Tai’an has become prominent,the area of arable land has been decreasing,the problem of land pollution and waste has become serious,the contradiction between man and land has been sharpened,and the pressure and difficulty of arable land protection has been increasing.How to solve the contradiction between urbanization construction and cultivated land protection has brought difficulties to Tai’an City.Therefore,studying the relationship between the urbanization process and cultivated land protection in Tai’an city,promoting urbanization and protecting cultivated land to achieve organic unity,so as to protect cultivated land resources while promoting urbanization,has become an important topic at present and in the future.In this paper,cultivated land protection in the process of urbanization is the main research object,and the relationship between the development of urbanization and cultivated land protection in Tai’an City is studied in depth.Firstly,the background and significance of this study are discussed,and the research related to urbanization process and cultivated land protection at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized,and the content and method of this study are found out.Secondly,this paper discusses the concepts and theories of urbanization and cultivated land protection,including the concept of urban households,connotation development,and related concepts of cultivated land protection,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.Then,through four periods,i.e.lag period,germination period,start period and development period,this paper discusses the process of urbanization development in Tai’an City,analyses the current situation of urbanization development in Tai’an City,and finds that the proportion of population in Tai’an City is increasing rapidly,the total investment in fixed assets is increasing continuously,the comprehensive strength is significantly improved,the urban ecological environment is further improved and the characteristic development is realized.Then,starting with the current situation of arable land resources utilization and arable land construction and protection,the arable landprotection in Tai’an City is studied.The relationship between urbanization and arable land protection in Tai’an City is introduced.The impact of urbanization on arable land quantity,arable land utilization and arable land ecological environment in arable land protection is analyzed.The coordination relationship between urbanization development and arable land protection in Tai’an City is divided into three parts.In order to better coordinate the relationship between urbanization and cultivated land protection in Tai’an City,this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions,which are reasonable planning of cultivated land resources and strengthening cultivated land protection,for example,unreasonable planning of cultivated land resources,weak awareness of cultivated land protection,poor ecological protection and imperfect audit and review.To protect awareness,pay attention to the protection of cultivated land and improve land audit and review.It is hoped that this study can protect the cultivated land in Tai’an city on the basis of urbanization,and pay attention to the protection of cultivated land resources while developing economic benefits.
