This experiment selected drinking water from dairy farms of different sizes in Ningxia regions(Yinbei,Yinchuan,Yinnan)and in different seasons,through the determination of their mineral content and physicochemical indicators,in order to evaluate the impact of different regions in Ningxia,different seasons and drinking water sources on the quality of drinking water on dairy farms,the results showed that:Test 1:Research on the use of major minerals and drinking water in dairy farms in different areas of Ningxia72%of dairy farms used 5%premix combined with lick bricks for mineral levels,and different premixes with different mineral levels are used at different physiological stages.75%of the dairy farms’ drinking water source is tap water(surface)and 95%of the dairy farms used drinking ponds to give cows water.Test 2:Comparison of major minerals in drinking water on dairy farms in different regions and seasons in Ningxia1.In the Yinan area in winter drinking water calcium content is the highest,sodium content slightly exceeds the standard;Yinbei,Yinchuan area in autumn,Yinan area in winter,sulfate content slightly exceeds the standard;drinking water magnesium content in winter is the highest,the lowest in summer.Chloride content is the highest in winter and the lowest in spring2.drinking water sodium and calcium,magnesium,chloride and sulfate are highly significant positive correlation(P<0.01);magnesium and chloride,sulfate are highly significant positive correlation(P<0.01).Test 3:Comparison of the main physicochemical indicators in the drinking water of dairy farms in different regions and seasons in Ningxia1.The total dissolved solids content of drinking water in dairy farms in the Yinbei area is significantly higher than in other areas(P<0.01);the highest oxygen consumption in drinking water in dairy farms in the Yinnan area in summer,and the highest total dissolved solids content in drinking water in dairy farms in the Yinbei area in winter.2.The total hardness of drinking water in dairy farms is highly significantly positively correlated with total dissolved solids(P<0.01).Test 4:Comparison of different drinking water sources on dairy farm drinking water minerals and physicochemical indicatorsThe sodium,calcium,magnesium,fluoride,sulfate,nitrate,pH,and oxygen consumption of well water are significantly higher than that of tap water(P<0.05),and the total hardness,total dissolved solids are highly significantly higher than that of tap water(P<0.01);the chloride content of well water is significantly lower than that of tap water(P<0.05). |
