Abstract/Summary:
China is a country with a large rural population.Since the reform and opening up,people’s living standards have been rising,and the country is gradually moving towards a well-off society.Today,when people in cities and towns drink tap water or pure water,people in villages and towns are still drinking their own wells for more than ten years or even decades.Most of these water has been polluted to varying degrees,which has caused great harm to the body.Improving the safety of drinking water for rural people is an urgent task of construction and development at this stage.In 2014,Liaoning Provincial Department of water resources issued the construction task of rural drinking water safety project.This paper focuses on the design and implementation scheme of 2015 Shenyang rural drinking water safety project.Based on the analysis of the geographical conditions,climatic characteristics and geological conditions in Xinmin area of Shenyang City,the exploitation scheme of water source well is studied.In the selected water wells,pumping tests were conducted respectively,and the satisfaction of water supply to each village was evaluated.The results showed that the design water demand was met.According to the water quality test results of the water source well,all indicators basically meet the "groundwater quality standard",which are within the treatment scope of this project.According to the actual situation of each village,the pipe network laying scheme is carried out.Considering the characteristics of wide rural water consumption area and scattered water users,the PE pipe with high cost performance ratio is selected as the main material of this project,and the hot melt technology is selected as the installation mode.Xinmin area is located in the north of Liaoning Province.In order to prevent the pipeline from freezing in winter,the excavation depth is 1.6m.In the water supply system,limited by geographical factors,it is not possible to supply water to large-scale water users in a centralized way.Instead,each village can only form a separate water supply network and set up a water treatment station for water quality treatment.According to the detection results of groundwater,the main water quality problems are iron,manganese and light degree of chromaticity turbidity exceeding the standard.The water treatment process adopts iron and manganese removal filtration equipment,and the filtration method adopts pressure aeration and natural manganese sand contact oxidation to remove manganese in the water.At the same time,according to the different water quality and water quantity in different places,two kinds of equipment are used,i.e.separated filter tank and non separated filter tank.pAfter the construction and operation,the water treatment effect was compared.The qualified rate of the treated water was 100% in the collected samples,which has reached the expected treatment effect.Through the comparison of the detection values of filtered water and source water,some indicators slightly exceed the standard.One part is due to the secondary pollution of sampling due to the non cleaning of containers and water outlets in the process of sampling;the other part is due to poor management and can not be backwashed regularly,resulting in the decline of water treatment capacity.In view of the management problems during operation,the specific management scheme and operation procedures of water treatment equipment are formulated,and the inspection team is set up to inspect each treatment station regularly.According to the research of management mode,the automatic unmanned water supply scheme of water treatment station is put forward,which can solve the practical problems such as the water supply is not timely and the operation is not in place.
