| Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is a typical representative area of China’s traditional horse industry,the leading area for the development of China’s modern horse industry and the pilot area for China to integrate with the international horse industry.Inner Mongolia horse industry has a long history of development,extensive social foundation,rich horse variety resources and profound horse culture.“Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos” is the “golden triangle” of the development and is an important urban group of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.The construction of a reasonable leisure horse industry development strategy of “Megalopolis of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos” is of great significance to promote the rural revitalization strategy,implement the implementation of high-quality development,protect the ecological environment,promote the coordinated development of “Megalopolis of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos” and meet the needs of people inside and outside the district for a better life.Based on the combing of the development conditions and current situation of the leisure horse industry in the “Megalopolis of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos”,an evaluation model was established and the empirical research showed:in the “Megalopolis of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos”,Ordos ranked first in urban horse industry production development level and urban actual economic development level,Baotou urban leisure comfort level ranked first and Hohhot urban tourism development level ranked first,the two main factors affecting the development level of urban horse industry are the cost profit margin of equestrian clubs and the total number of horse varieties.Further analysis combined with the results of the empirical studies showed that,the main problems of the development of leisure horse industry in the “Megalopolis of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos” are as follows:Lack of regional policy guidance,unbalanced regional development,insufficient combination of horse industry and tourism industry,single variety of horse-related products,lack of diversity of horse-related performances,lack of equestrian club profit projects and high operating costs,small number of horse breeding and lack of seed protection basis and the advantages of “Megalopolis of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos” are not obviously played,and the degree of coordinated development of leisure horse industry is low.Considering the above studies,8 strategic suggestions for the development of leisure horse industry in “Megalopolis of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos” were put forward :The first is appear a regional policy guide,the second is to improve the horse industry infrastructure construction and organization construction,the third is to promote horse industry and tourism industry deep combination,the fourth is to develop a variety of horse related products,the fifth is rich equestrian drama plot and innovative performance mode,the sixth is to support equestrian club diversified operation and promote the popularization of equestrian sports,the seventh is to build construction of wushen ma genetic resources protection area and the last is to build the leisure horse industry economic circle and the horse industry tourism economic belt in “Megalopolis of Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos”. |
