| Horse milk is the special milk food of the ethnic minority areas of the steppe,and is mainly consumed in the form of sour horse milk and horse milk wine in the daily diet of the Mongolians.Horse milk is rich in nutrients and is the closest natural green drink to breast milk.Horse milk contains a variety of trace elements,a variety of amino acids,vitamins,etc.,and has the effect of enhancing human immunity,moisturizing the skin,clearing heat and cough,and relieving local inflammation.Although in the long history of animal husbandry development,the role of horses in production is not as good as cattle,sheep,goats and other mammals,but in Inner Mongolia,Xinjiang and other horse breeding regions,horse milk has been a very important source of milk for the ethnic group.The horse milk industry is a sunrise industry and is an important part of the pastoral characteristic milk industry.Taking horse milk as a pillar industry of grassland green animal husbandry development will become a new driving force for the development of Inner Mongolia’s dairy industry,but also an effective way to promote the high-quality,sustainable development of regional horse breeding industry.The development of modem horse milkindustryis conducive to meetin gconsumer demand for diversified dairry roducts,driving the upstream feed processing industry and downstream horse milk processing,as well as the development of horse milk and cultural tourism combined with the health industry.Based on the review of relevant literature,field research and interviews with relevant scholars,this paper applies industrial economics theory,competitive advantage theory and transaction cost theory to study the development of Inner Mongolia’s horse milk industry from several aspects,such as the current development status,conditions and problems in the development of Inner Mongolia’s horse milk industry,the construction of the organizational model of Inner Mongolia’s horse milk industry and suggestions for countermeasures for the development of Inner Mongolia’s horse milk industry.Accelerating the development of Inner Mongolia’s horse milk industry is the landing point of this research.This paper puts forward the overall idea of the development of the horse milk industry in Inner Mongolia "to increase the income of herders,increase the efficiency of animal husbandry,the sustainable development of the pastoral ecological economy as the core,to improve the economic efficiency and market competitiveness of horse milk products as the main line,to realize the standardization,standardization and market development of the horse milk industry",through strengthening the construction of grasslands,promote the transformation of the traditional horse milk industry to the modern model;adhere to industrialization and management,promote the modernization process of grassland animal husbandry;deepen the technical system of the horse milk industry,increase scientific and technological input and scientific and technological work,improve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;play regional advantages,build regional brands,enhance market competitiveness;improve the market system,expand effective demand,promote the rapid development of the horse milk industry in Inner Mongolia. |
