Research On Operational Mechanism Of Aquatic Product Traceability System Based On Industrial Chain Coordination

China is an important aquatic product producer and consumer in the world.Aquatic products play an important role in Chinese food structure.In 2021,the 14 th Five-year Plan to Promote Agricultural and Rural Modernization proposed that aquatic products be included in the project to ensure the safety of important agricultural products and improve the rural industrial and supply chains.In recent years,aquatic product quality and safety incidents occur frequently,and aquatic product traceability system begins to attract more attention.As one of the effective means of food safety supervision,traceability system can realize whole-process supervision by using technical means.However,due to the long chain of aquatic product industry chain,multiple links,small monomer,large number and type,enterprises at each node in the industry chain cannot implement the traceability system together.Therefore,from the perspective of industrial chain coordination,it is of great significance to study the problems and causes of aquatic product traceability system for promoting the coordinated development of aquatic product industrial chain and improving the construction of traceability system.According to the research results,the corresponding solutions are put forward to provide reference for the academic and business circles in the research and practice of this field.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature review,this study proposed the hypothesis that the industrial chain synergistically affects the operation of aquatic product traceability system.Based on the theory of industrial organization and coordination,the structure and measurement of industrial chain coordination are studied.The formal questionnaire was determined through pilot test,and the initial questionnaire was used for questionnaire survey.Eleven coastal provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)were selected as distribution regions,and the research objects were aquatic product enterprise executives.Based on the questionnaire data,the theoretical research model was constructed,and the two-factor analysis method was used to optimize and verify the research model.Develop the measurement scale of aquatic product industry chain synergy,and determine the existence of 17 factor structure of aquatic product industry chain synergy through exploratory factor analysis.It includes 17 factors including market concentration,industry barriers,product differentiation,interest connection,asset specificity,cooperative relationship,incentive mechanism,advertising behavior,information sharing,risk prevention,trust mechanism,contractual cooperation,reward and punishment mechanism,brand culture recognition,corporate values,public opinion,social responsibility awareness and so on.Confirmatory factor analysis using the structural equation model to verify the various observation variable for four compose the adaptation degree,also proved that the second order four factor model has better adaptation degree,to replace first order four factors related standards of the model,four dimensions can merge in the influential factors of industrial chain synergy that a second-order dimensions,It is proved that industry chain structure,relationship,governance and culture are the influencing factors of aquatic product industry chain synergy.On the basis of determining the synergistic influence factors of the industrial chain,the hypothesis of the operation of the traceability system of the synergistic influence of the industrial chain is further verified.The partial least square structural equation model was used for empirical analysis,and the measurement model and structural model were tested respectively.The empirical results show that aquatic product industry chain coordination has a significant positive impact on the operation of traceability system,and indirectly affects the operation of aquatic product traceability system from four dimensions of industrial chain structure,relationship,governance and culture to varying degrees.Based on the above conclusions,in order to ensure the effective implementation of aquatic product traceability system,countermeasures are proposed from the following four aspects.In terms of industrial chain structure,an integrated aquaculture,processing,sales and service system should be established to improve the proportion and market share of high-quality aquatic products,realize product differentiation and provide effective incentives for enterprises to implement the traceability system.In terms of industrial chain relations,we will strengthen interest linkages,focus on fostering standardized cooperative economic organizations,encourage and guide cooperatives to actively conduct exchanges and cooperation with their counterparts,strengthen contacts with the government and the market,and encourage the coordinated development of upstream,middle and downstream production.In terms of industrial chain governance,governance innovation should be promoted through information sharing,risk prevention,trust mechanism,contractual cooperation,reward and punishment mechanism,so that the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain can form a governance mode of sharing interests and promote the coordinated and effective operation of the industrial chain.In the industry chain culture.Enterprises should attach importance to the cultural factors of industrial chain,develop cultural identity,actively reconcile the cultural differences between different organizations,strengthen cultural management ability,build a good cultural management atmosphere,so as to better carry out the coordinated operation management of industrial chain and promote the effective operation of aquatic product traceability system.
