Research On Tracing Of Aquatic Products Supply Chain Of YH International Food Industrial Park Based On Block Chain Technology

YH international food industrial park is a state-level food industrial park located in FuQing city,which is committed to building the largest food distribution center in China.Aquatic products are the core products of the park.However,the aquatic product supply chain has the characteristics of many subjects,long chain and wide circulation,which is not conducive to the quality control,and it is difficult for the government departments to carry out effective supervision.Food traceability is an important way to ensure food safety,which can record the key information that affects food quality in the process of production and supply.Therefore,how to establish a reliable wholeprocess traceability system for aquatic product supply chain and solve the problems of insufficient supply chain information sharing and insufficient quality supervision in the current park has become an important issue for the park management committee.This thesis proposes to construct the traceability system of aquatic product supply chain of YH international food industry park based on block chain technology,and make up for the deficiencies in the current traceability system of the park with the technical advantages of block chain.This thesis analyzes the current situation and problems of traceability of aquatic product supply chain in the park,and puts forward the goal of transforming the traceability system from the inefficient,fragmented and chaotic mode to the efficient,cooperative and trust mode.Firstly,this thesis adopts HACCP analysis method to determine the key links of traceability of aquatic product supply chain,and defines the traceability information according to the inducing factors of quality safety risks in each link.On the premise of comparing different traceability modes and identification technologies,batch traceability mode and GTIN coding identification method which are more suitable for aquatic product traceability are selected.Secondly,the Petri net model was used to simulate the traceability process of aquatic product supply chain based on block chain,establish the correlation proof of the model,and solve the invariants by matrix equation to verify the feasibility of the traceability business process.Finally,based on the block chain technology,this thesis designs the business process and function module of the traceability system,and proposes the technical principle of realizing the system function based on the Hyperledger Fabric.The traceability system of aquatic product supply chain designed in this thesis can effectively solve the problems of insufficient supervision,poor information sharing and data distortion in the traceability of aquatic product supply chain in the park.Meet the regulatory requirements of the government,ensure the operation of aquatic products enterprises,and maintain consumers’ right to know the quality of aquatic products.
