| Aquatic products refer to aquatic animal and plant products raised or caught in marine and freshwater fisheries and their processed products. It has gained more and more attention because of its unique flavor and high nutritional value. The production, distribution and consumption of aquatic products form a complete supply chain. The aquatic products supply chain starts from aquatic products breeding, fishing, through processing, trading, logistics, sales and other links, and finally reaches the consumer’s table. In the whole supply chain,it involves several links of participants, such as aquatic product farmers, processing enterprises,wholesalers,retailers,consumers,etc..However,there are some problems in the traditional aquatic products supply chain.Due to asymmetric and non-transparent information,it is difficult for consumers to understand the source, quality and safety of aquatic products. At the same time, some unscrupulous elements may take advantage of information asymmetry to carry out counterfeiting and fraud. In addition, the traditional supply chain process is cumbersome, high management costs,it is difficult to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products. In recent years, with the development and application of blockchain technology,blockchain-based aquatic products supply chain has also received more and more attention and application.Blockchain technology can achieve decentralization, traceability and non-tamperability,which improves the transparency, traceability, transaction efficiency as well as the credibility and security of information in the aquatic products supply chain, thus better safeguarding the quality and safety of aquatic products.Blockchain-based aquatic products supply chain does have many advantages compared with traditional supply chain, but at the same time there are also some shortcomings. The single-chain structure in the blockchain based fish supply chain has advantages in ensuring decentralization and security of transactions, but it also has shortcomings such as insufficient scalability, large data storage, insufficient security and difficulty in governance. In order to solve the problem of information island between the block chain of each enterprise link in the existing aquatic products supply chain as well as to realize the secure transaction between each enterprise,a model of aquatic products transaction based on blockchain cross-chain technology is proposed. The main research done in this paper is as follows:(1)By reviewing the relevant aquatic product supply chain literature, the domestic and international research status of the traditional supply chain and the aquatic product supply chain based on blockchain technology are elaborated respectively;the information and transaction flow in the traditional aquatic product supply chain are analyzed, and the information is divided into product information and transaction information with the specific business in the supply chain;the aquatic product supply chain based on blockchain technology is analyzed from the perspective of technical development and application scenarios, and the introduction of cross-chain technology into the aquatic product supply chain can solve the existing problems of the aquatic product supply chain system based on blockchain technology.(2)The model architecture of cross-chain aquatic products trading is designed based on the functional requirements of cross-chain aquatic products trading in view of the current problems of blockchain-based aquatic products supply chain in trading.Based on the analysis of the business process of aquatic products supply chain transaction, the cross-chain routing is designed to realize the cross-chain transaction among the links in the supply chain, and the functions of each module in the cross-chain routing are described in detail.(3)Based on the architecture of cross-chain aquatic product trading model,a model of aquatic product trading based on cross-chain technology is constructed. In this model, each link in the supply chain can realize cross-chain transactions by simply linking their respective blocks into the model.Based on the actual business and transaction flow in the aquatic products supply chain, the cross-chain transaction process is designed on the basis of the model, and a smart contract based on the model and the cross-chain transaction process is developed.(4)A prototype system for a cross-chain transaction model for aquatic products is implemented on the HyperLedger Fabric platform. The Hyperledger Fabric multi-channel scheme is used to simulate the relationship between the original blockchain network in each link of the supply chain and the transaction chain that accesses the model.Based on the above research, the functions of each module in the model and the development of smart contracts are carried out to realize the functional requirements of the aquatic product cross-chain model system, and the system interface is designed to finally realize the whole aquatic product trading model system based on blockchain cross-chain technology. Finally, the functionality of the system is tested to meet the design requirements, and the system is tested using the Caliper performance testing tool. The system performance test results show that the average transaction success rate is about 99%,while the average transaction latency is about 0.2 s.In summary, based on the analysis of the business process of aquatic products supply chain transaction, this paper constructs an aquatic products transaction model based on cross-chain technology for the functional requirements of aquatic products cross-chain transaction;based on this model, the cross-chain transaction process and corresponding smart contracts are designed to realize cross-chain transaction between enterprises in each link of the aquatic products supply chain;finally, the HyperLedger Fabric platform is used to The performance test results of the system also show that the proposed cross-chain aquatic products trading model can meet the demand of existing aquatic products supply chain trading on the blockchain chain, and also ensure the feasibility of cross-chain trading. |
