Study On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Maoming Fishing Port Revitalization

In the early China’s founding,China’s coastal fishing port had undertook the responsibility of restoring the national economy,and was an important carrier for passenger and cargo transportation in all coastal provinces and cities.With the recovery of China’s economy and development conditions,the needs of coastal economy and society have forced the fishing port function to make further adjustments,and encouraged to develop the marine fishing and aquaculture,which could increased production for fisheries.Among them,the fishing port played a vital role.Since the reform and opening up,the fishing port function has gradually diversified,and the second and third industries of the ocean have gradually taken shape.But the construction of fishing ports still focuses on the demand for traditional fisheries,and its standards are relatively low and small.In the 21 st century,The low-standard and small-scale problems in the infrastructure of China’s fishing port are gradually presented.The construction of the fishing port is lagging behind,which cannot meet the needs of local economic and social development and faces a major trend of upgrading and transformation.At present,the construction of Maoming fishing port also faces the same difficulties.For example,the infrastructure of the fishing port is not matched and imperfect,the function is incomplete and differentiated,the fishery production is unstable and unsafe,the management is chaotic and unclear.Simultaneously,Maoming City is located in the coastal area of western Guangdong,compared with the Pearl River Delta region,its industrial development is not mature enough and structure is not perfect enough,making traditional fisheries and agriculture still important in the national economy.However,as the basis of people’s livelihood,the agriculture and fisheryare also an important issues.To solve this problems,we must start from improving the basic conditions of fishery and agricultural production.Therefore,Studying on the fishing port revitalization is meeting the needs of Maomingeconomic and social development,and has practical significance for accelerating the construction,promoting the fisheries,optimizing the industrial structure and improving the functions of fishing ports.This paper focuses on Maoming Fishing Portdevelopment,and summarizes the research contents through material collection,literature induction and field research,and then the article is divided into 7 parts for comprehensive explanation.So that it can explain the main contents.Finally,in the overall deployment of thefishing portsrevitalization,the important content of fishing ports revitalization is divided into six aspects of industry,ecology,talents,science and technology,organization and culture,and these six major revitalization contents are classified as the basis,the core,and the key of fishing ports revitalization.Among them,the industry and ecology are the basis,the talents and science and technology are the core,the organization and culture are the key.In this research,the content of fishing port revitalization is mainly explained from the theoretical.On the basis of analyzing the status of Maoming fishing port,it continues to learn from the successful examples of domestic and foreign to provide experience and theoretical for the construction and development of Maoming fishing port.Further combining the basic conditions of each fishing port,and continuing to separate the overall goal into specific targets,the path of revitalization and development of fishing ports will be more clear,which make the path of the fishing port revitalization clearly.The results of research show that revitalize and develop the fishing ports,it is necessary not only to improve the infrastructure,but also to achieve the development goals of having efficient industrial clusters,beautiful ecology,talent pooling,technological innovation,sound organization and cultural prosperity,etc.
