In high-efficiency water-saving irrigation projects,low-pressure pipeline water delivery irrigation technology is an important content and an important measure for the upgrading of high-efficiency water-saving technologies.In recent years,my country has vigorously promoted the development of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation technology,and low-pressure pipeline water delivery irrigation technology has also made certain achievements.Due to the different adaptability of various high-efficiency water-saving irrigation projects in different regions and different environments,this study is aimed at the problems existing in the current low-pressure pipeline water delivery irrigation project in Changsha County.Taking Dayutang Village as an example,the low-pressure pipeline in Changsha County The suitability of the water delivery irrigation project was studied,and the specific benefits brought by the project to the local area were analyzed at the same time.The main research results are as follows:(1)According to the actual situation in Dayutang Village,Changsha County,the project has conducted water resource supply and demand analysis and engineering benefit analysis.Among them,the main crops of rice and vegetables are taken as examples for economic benefit analysis.The results show that after the construction of the low-pressure pipe irrigation project,the annual output of rice is expected to increase by 12.8%,and the annual output of vegetables is expected to increase by26.3%.(2)According to the characteristics of Dayutang Village in Changsha County,various influencing factors are fully considered,a pre-selection index system is established,and dimensionality reduction screening is carried out through principal component analysis,and 5 qualitative indexes and 5 quantitative indexes are summarized.A total of 10 indicators,based on the four aspects of policy,economy,technology,and society,have constructed a suitability evaluation index system for the low-pressure pipeline irrigation project in Changsha County.(3)The semi-structural fuzzy decision-making model and the analytic hierarchy process are combined to determine the relative superiority of the subsystem and the evaluation index weights.The suitability comparison and analysis of low-pressure pipe irrigation and pointer sprinkler irrigation,winch sprinkler irrigation,and drip irrigation are carried out.The evaluation results are consistent.Low-pressure pipeline water delivery irrigation technology is a high-efficiency water-saving technology model suitable for the development of Changsha County.(4)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the indicators of each layer of the project.The expert scoring method and the membership function method are used to evaluate the qualitative and quantitative indicators respectively.The final result shows that the maximum subordinate value of the target-level index evaluation of the suitability evaluation system is 0.3426,and the evaluation result is "good",indicating that the project is suitable for construction and reflecting that the project construction can contribute to the development of local economy and society.Significant benefits will have a positive effect on the development of the industry.
