| Zhaokou Irrigation District is located in the eastern part of the eastern Henan Plain.It is a large-scale irrigation area with the Yellow River as the main water source,and the runoff and groundwater of natural rivers such as Jialu River,Wenhe River,Huiji River,Guohe River and Kanggou River as auxiliary water sources.In 1970,with the approval of the Ministry of Water Resources,the construction of the canal gate in Zhaokou Irrigation District began,and it was expanded over the years to form the current Zhaokou Irrigation District.The irrigation area has made great achievements in promoting the development of water conservancy irrigation in eastern Yudong,but there are still many problems at the same time.The construction of water transmission and distribution projects in this irrigation area took a long time,and some of the channels built in the early years were in urgent need of repair.The Zhaokou irrigation area has a large area,the required maintenance funds cannot be guaranteed,some channels are seriously silted,some lining channels are staggered and damaged,and the loss of water transmission is large,which affects the utilization coefficient of irrigation water.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the operation state of water resources transmission and distribution system in Zhaokou Irrigation District by means of current situation analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and to obtain the main factors affecting the operation state of the system,so as to provide theoretical basis for optimizing the operation state of water transmission and distribution system in irrigation district.The specific methods are as follows :(1)Conduct an investigation and analysis on the current status of the operation and management system of the water transmission and distribution system in Zhaokou Irrigation District,the water resource transmission and distribution and water fee collection situation in Zhaokou Irrigation District,the supporting facilities of Zhaokou Irrigation District engineering,the maintenance and repair situation of the irrigation district engineering,the level of informatization in the irrigation district,and the current status of water measurement facilities.By cutting into the above content and following the principle of establishing evaluation indicators,we will refine the analysis and establish an indicator system.Based on this,we will invite experts familiar with the specific situation of Zhaokou Irrigation District to compare and score the importance of the indicators in pairs.We will use the Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the weight of the evaluation indicators for the irrigation district,and ultimately obtain a specific ranking of the degree of influence of the main factors mentioned above.(2)The index factor set was divided according to the level determined when constructing the evaluation index system of the operation state of the water transmission and distribution system in Zhaokou irrigation area,the evaluation set was established and the evaluation scale was determined,and then the value was assigned.The membership matrix was constructed according to the questionnaire evaluation results,and the scores of each index were calculated,and the final score of the operation status evaluation of the water distribution system in the irrigation area was 62.3126,which was average and had great room for improvement.The final scores of indicators at all levels can enable decision-makers to clearly see the weaknesses of water transmission and distribution system in irrigated areas,and point out the direction for the next step of renovation and improvement of irrigated areas. |
