Post-project Evaluation Of Tibetan Agriculture Document And Data Management

Without the resources on agriculture documents and data,it is hard to study and make further innovation in the field of agriculture.Since the Peaceful liberation in 1951,Tibet has witnessed the development of agriculture institutes and related academic communities.Hard and rigid though the conditions were,the first generation of Tibetan agriculture experts and researcher have left the first-hand research documents and data on Tibetan modern agriculture.When those senior experts retire from their positions,leave Tibet,or even some of them pass away,it’s becoming increasingly urgent to collect,manage and store(in a digital way)those first-hand documents and data,and carry out further and proper post-project evaluation,in order to avoid “loss of resources”,“deficiency of resources”,or “dead archive”.According to the practical situation of Tibetan agriculture,the post-project evaluation is based on the following procedure and strategies.First,to digitalize the documents and data.Next,to set up a data management platform.Then,the status and problems of Tibetan agriculture documents and data have been studies closely,on the understanding of the goals and tasks of this project.Delphi method has been employed to filter different systems,which include specific system and Fuzzy analytic hierarchy system.Both systems will be processed with weight analysis and the impacts of the project are evaluated and classified by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method.This evaluation and classification are properly judged with Fuzzy Recognition Method.Cases have been borrowed to study the evaluation result.The comprehensive result of this project’s evaluation is “Good”,which is in accord with the real situation and the current condition in Tibet.After case study,this paper concludes a set of evaluation tools and methods which can fit the research work in the fields of agriculture documents and data management and other relevant projects.This study(including case study and evaluation project)will help to instruct agriculture production in Tibet,promote Tibet’s project management and improve the quality of project management.Furthermore,this study will provide theoretical support for the future agriculture production.
