| In this study,Jiu Yi Shan pregnant rabbits and weaned rabbits were selected as experimental animals to explore the effects of dietary Catalase preparation on the reproductive performance,growth performance and immune performance of Jiu Yi Shan rabbits.The aim was to find a blue,safe and environment friendly feed additive for rabbits and provide a scientific basis for the application of Catalase in rabbit production It has important theoretical significance and practical value for rabbit production.The main results and conclusion are presented as below:1.In order to study the effect of Catalase preparation on pregnant rabbits,60 Jiu Yi Shan pregnant rabbits with similar parity were randomly divided into group A and group B to form a typical control experiment,with 30 pregnant rabbits in each group,5 replicates in each group and 6 rabbits in each replicate.Group A was the control group,fed the basic diet,group B was the experimental group,the basic diet was supplemented with 0.1% Catalase preparation.The experiment was carried out from pregnancy to delivery and from birth to weaning.The results showed that compared with the control group fed with the basic diet,the litter weight of the experimental group added with Catalase in the basic diet increased by15.60%,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).The birth weight of the experimental group was 14.98% higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P< 0.05).However,there was no significant difference in litter size and live litter size between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).The average weaning litter weight of the experimental group was 509.2g higher than that of the control group,increased by14.79%,with significant difference(P < 0.05);the average weaning weight of the experimental group was 46.3g higher than that of the control group,increased by 9.86%,with significant difference(P < 0.05).However,the weaning survival rate of the experimental group was 3.5% higher than that of the control group,and the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).2.In order to study the effect of Catalase preparation on growth performance,immune performance and shape and structure of intestinal tract of weaned rabbits,72 healthy weaned Jiu Yi Shan rabbits with similar genetic background and weight were randomly divided into group A and group B,with 6 replicates in each group and 6 rabbits in each replicate.Group A was the control group,fed the basic diet,group B was the experimental group,the basic diet was supplemented with 0.1% Catalase preparation.The results showed that the initial body weight of control group A was slightly higher than that of experimental group B,but the difference was not significant.The daily feed intake of group B(151.81±9.6)was 6.86% higher than that of group A(142.06 ± 11.6).According to the daily gain characteristics of rabbits,the experimental group B increased by 13.15% compared with the control group A,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05);the feed meat ratio of group A was 3.6:1,and that of group B was 3.4:1;the Student’s test showed that the feed meat ratio of group a and group B had no significant difference(P > 0.05).The effect of Catalase on the diarrhea rate of weaned rabbits can be seen.The diarrhea rates of the experimental group and the control group were 9.7% and 21.8% respectively.After inspection,the diarrhea rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the lymphocyte transformation rate,immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and immunoglobulin A(IGA)of the experimental group were increased.However,the significance test showed that only immunoglobulin A of the experimental group was significantly increased(P < 0.05),while IgG,IgM and IgA were significantly increased There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The effect of Catalase on serum indexes of weaned rabbits showed that only the content of urea nitrogen was significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.In order to study the effect of Catalase preparation on immune organ index and intestinal morphology of weaned rabbits.The results showed that:(1)compared with the control group,the spleen index and thymus index of the experimental group increased by 15.68% and 17.72%,respectively,with significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)The effect of dietary Catalase on intestinal structure of weaned rabbits: the experimental group significantly increased the height of duodenal villus by 17.81%,with significant difference(P < 0.05);at the same time,the duodenal recess depth of the experimental group also increased by 18.29%,with significant difference(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the experimental group increased the jejunal villus height by 16.03%,the difference was significant(P < 0.05);compared with the control group,the experimental group increased the ileal villus height by 15.57%,the difference was significant(P < 0.05);Compared with the control group,the experimental group increased the content of Lactobacillus in the colon of weaned rabbits by 29.83%,the difference was very significant(P < 0.01);the content of Escherichia coli in the experimental group decreased by 19.52%,the difference was significant(P < 0.05). |
