Study On Performance Evaluation Of Zhoushan High Standard Farmland Project Construction

In recent years,the introduction of the national rural revitalization policy is of great significance to the development of land and farmland.In terms of land regulation,the construction of high-standard farmland is an effective means to promote the sustainable development of land,but also effectively ensure national food security and national prosperity.The performance evaluation of high-standard farmland construction can make high-standard farmland projects truly implemented,and also make them more accurate and efficient.The construction of high-standard farmland in Zhoushan city started earlier,and the scale of construction and investment of high-standard farmland in Zhoushan city tended to be stable in 2020.To evaluate the performance of zhoushan high standard farmland project construction,find out the shortcomings,and formulate targeted solutions,can fully promote the overall development of high standard farmland project.In this study,I adopt a variety of research methods,and according to the resource endowment,sustainable development theory and other aspects to study around it,and specifically analyzes zhoushan high standard farmland project as the main content of this,through the way of combining with the actual investigation,to gradually confirm each indicator.Based on the extension method of matter element,a model is established to calculate the correlation degree and the evaluation result is obtained.Finally,this paper uses the results of performance evaluation analysis to find that zhoushan high standard farmland project construction at the present stage of the project regulations are not perfect,lack of professional personnel;The project execution progress is slow and the land flatness is low.Public satisfaction is not high,the number of beneficiaries is small;Agricultural technology promotion is insufficient,the level of environmental protection needs to be improved.According to the problems found,the countermeasures are put forward,such as perfecting the rules and regulations,adjusting measures to local conditions,perfecting the public participation system and strengthening technical training in the construction of zhoushan high-standard farmland projects.In general,this topic through the investigation and research of Zhoushan city,to understand the situation and effect of zhoushan city’s high-standard farmland construction,in-depth study of zhoushan city’s rural revitalization in the construction of high-standard farmland development process problems.This paper provides support for the research on high standard farmland construction promoting rural revitalization,and puts forward new innovative research.
