In recent years, with the development of soilless culture technology, people have also put forward new requirements for soilless culture to produce green and high-quality products.New functional organic fertilizers, microbial inoculants and vermicompost have excellent effects on improving vegetable quality and fertilizer efficiency.Effect.For functional fertilizers, microbial inoculants, and vermicompost, the predecessors mostly conducted research on one of them, and there were few studies on the mixed application of two or three of them.In this experiment, different functional fertilizer combinations or microbial inoculants and earthworms were used The effects of different treatments on tomato quality, yield and substrate environment were explored, and the most suitable combination was screened to provide a theoretical basis for the production of high-quality cherry tomatoes. In this study, cherry tomato ’Xiangfei No.9’ was used as the test material. The first part of this study was to explore the effects of different functional fertilizers on the quality, yield and substrate environment of substrate-cultivated cherry tomato,in order to screen the optimal yield and quality improvement in substrate-cultivated cherry tomato production. The functional fertilizer combination of seven different functional fertilizers is set up,and the functional fertilizer is dissolved in the nutrient solution, and the nutrient solution is applied by drip irrigation. The second part of this study was to explore the effects of different microbial inoculants and vermicompost combinations on the quality, yield and substrate environment of substrate-cultured cherry tomato.A total of 5 treatments were set up,and the nutrient solution was drip irrigation daily throughout the growth period. The third part of this study is to explore the effects of different functional fertilizer combinations, microbial inoculants and vermicompost on the quality, yield and substrate environment of cherry tomato grown in substrates.Mix evenly into the matrix, mix different functional fertilizers into the nutrient solution for application, and apply the nutrient solution by drip irrigation. The main results are as follows:(1)Effects of different functional fertilizers on the quality, yield and substrate environment of substrate-cultivated cherry tomatoCompared with the control(CK),the addition of seaweed(T3)alone significantly increased the net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and yield of cherry tomato by 39.97%,6.61%and 22.32%,respectively.The amino acid+potassium fulvic acid(T4)and amino acid+algin(T5)functional fertilizer combinations significantly increased the number of microorganisms in the substrate. In addition, the T5 functional fertilizer combination not only significantly improved the activities of urease, sucrase, alkaline phosphatase and catalase in the substrate, but also significantly promoted the nutrient content in the substrate, which could improve the absorption and utilization of mineral elements by plants. The quality and yield of cherry tomato were significantly improved, and the yield increased by 12.84%.A comprehensive evaluation of all the measurement indicators showed that the T5 treatment performed the best. Therefore, this study suggested adding 50 mg/L amino acids and 5 mg/L seaweed to the nutrient solution for drip irrigation of cherry tomatoes, which could improve the substrate environment and increase the for the purpose of fruit quality and yield.(2)Effects of different microbial inoculants and vermicompost on the quality, yield and substrate environment of substrate-cultivated cherry tomatoThe alkaline phosphatase and urease activities of the vermicompost+Bacillus subtilis(T2)treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments, and the invertase activity of the vermicompost+compound microbial inoculum No.2(T4)treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments, and T4 Compared with the control(CK),the number of treated fungi increased significantly by 174.43%,and the number of bacteria treated with vermicompost+compound microbial inoculant No.1(T3)significantly increased by 71.84%compared with CK.The addition of microbial inoculants had a greater impact on the nutrient content in the matrix, and further promoted the absorption and accumulation of N,P,K and other mineral elements by cherry tomato plants. The Vc content, soluble solid content and soluble sugar content of T2 treatment were the highest, which increased by 36.78%,8.15%and 28.59%compared with CK.The sugar-acid ratio content of T2 and T4 treatment was significantly higher than that of CK treatment. The yield was significantly increased, compared with CK,the increase rate was 20.46%and 18.05%,respectively.Comprehensive evaluation of relevant indicators shows that T2 treatment has the best effect. Therefore,it is recommended to treat with vermicompost+Bacillus subtilis in this experiment to achieve the purpose of increasing production and improving quality.(3)Effects of different functional fertilizer combinations, microbial inoculants and vermicompost on the quality, yield and substrate environment of cherry tomatoThe net photosynthetic rate of amino acid+alginate(T3)treatment was significantly higher than that of control(CK)treatment, with an increase of 34.41%,which had a significant promoting effect on plant growth and development. The number of fungi and actinomycetes in T3 treatment was significantly higher than that in CK treatment,180.00%and 59.01%higher than the CK treatment, respectively. The number of bacteria in the potassium fulvic acid+algin(T7)treatment was significantly higher than that in the CK treatment, which was 83.41%higher than that in the CK treatment. The activities of enzyme, sucrase and catalase significantly increased the nutrient content in the matrix, and had a good improvement effect on the matrix environment. In terms of quality and yield, the Vc content, soluble sugar content, soluble solid content and The ratio of sugar to acid was significantly higher than that of CK treatment. The analysis of principal components and membership functions showed that T3 treatment had the highest score. Therefore,it is recommended to mix amino acid fertilizer 50 mg/L+seaweed fertilizer 5 mg/L into the nutrient solution, and put it in the matrix.Bacillus subtilis+vermicompost was added for cherry tomato cultivation in solar greenhouse.Based on the comparison of the three experiments,in terms of cherry tomato quality, the quality indicators of the third experimental treatment were better than the first two experiments. In order to produce high-quality cherry tomatoes,a combination of functional fertilizers,Bacillus subtilis and vermicompost should be used. The application has a great impact on the quality of cherry tomato, among which amino acid fertilizer 50 mg/L+seaweed fertilizer 5 mg/L mixed+Bacillus subtilis 200 g/667m2+vermicompost 3000 kg/667m2 is the best treatment.
