Cherry tomato is the main horticultural crop of protected cultivation is deeply loved by consumers.However,at present,the lack of high-quality vegetable germplasm resources,single planting mode,deterioration of greenhouse soil environment and so on in Yan’an area of Northern Shaanxi have led to the decline of vegetable yield and quality,and there is no standardized method to quantify the comprehensive quality of cherry tomato.There is still a lack of accurate decision-making and intelligent management of irrigation facilities for vegetable production.The combination of quality varieties and high-efficiency cultivation techniques is the key to the healthy development of agriculture.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,in this study,15 kinds of cherry tomatoes varieties were used to carry out the quality comprehensive evaluation model of cherry tomato and determine the quality indicator,select high quality cherry tomato varieties suitable for substrate cultivation in Yan’an area of Northern Shaanxi.Based on above results,chosen the selected varieties as test materials,the effects of substrate water content and EC value controlled irrigation on the growth of cherry tomato in flowering and fruit setting stage and fruit stage were studied.The aim of this experiment is to enrich cherry tomato germplasm resources and provides a theoretical reference for cherry tomato cultivation,high yield and intelligent irrigation in Northern Shaanxi.The main results were as follows:1.The GRA and fuzzy membership function analysis method were determined to be suitable for the comprehensive quality evaluation of cherry tomato fruit.Soluble solids,reducing sugar,longitudinal diameter,vitamin C and organic acid could be used as indexes to represent the comprehensive quality of cherry tomato.2.The cherry tomato varieties suitable for spring substrate cultivation in Northern Shaanxi were ‘Zibeibei’,‘Fenjiaren’,‘Huangjinbei’,‘Hongyu’ and‘Zheyingfen No.1’.Cherry tomato varieties suitable for autumn substrate cultivation in Northern Shaanxi were ‘Hongyu’,‘Tianxi’,‘Huangjinbei’,‘Huangzhenzhu’ and‘Zibeibei’.3.The irrigation mode of flowering and fruit setting period determined by comprehensively considering yield,quality and nitrogen use efficiency varies with different varieties,that is,‘Fenjiaren’ under the treatment of substrate water content ≤35 ± 3% and substrate EC value ≤ 0.8 ± 0.1 m S/cm and ‘Zheyingfen No.1’ under the treatment of substrate water content ≤ 25±3% and substrate EC value ≤ 0.6 ±0.1m S/cm had the highest yield and best quality Nitrogen use efficiency is the highest.(1)Irrigation controlled by different substrate water content and substrate EC value had different effects on chlorophyll content,photosynthetic performance,dry matter accumulation and distribution,quality,yield,fertilizer utilization,nitrogen metabolism and substrate enzyme activity of cherry tomato.(2)GRA method was used to comprehensively evaluate the quality,yield and nitrogen use efficiency of each treatment,and a comprehensive evaluation system was established.Because the two varieties are regulated by their own genes,the evaluation value of ‘Fenjiaren’under the treatment of substrate water content ≤35 ± 3% and substrate EC Value ≤0.8 ± 0.1 m S/cm is 0.91,ranking first,and the evaluation value of ‘Zheyingfen No.1’ under the treatment of substrate water content ≤25 ± 3% and substrate EC Value ≤ 0.6 ± 0.1 m S/cm is 0.74,ranking first.4.Comprehensively considering the yield,quality and nitrogen use efficiency,the irrigation mode determined in the full fruit period varies with different varieties,that is,under the treatment of substrate water content ≤35 ± 3% and substrate EC value ≤0.7 ±0.1m S/cm,‘Fenjiaren’ and substrate water content ≤45% ± 3% and substrate EC value ≤0.9±0.1 m S/cm,‘Zheyingfen No.1’ had the highest yield,the best quality and the highest nitrogen use efficiency.(1)Irrigation controlled by different substrate water content and substrate EC value in full fruit stage affected cherry tomato fruit quality,yield per plant,dry matter accumulation,element accumulation and absorption of plant,fertilizer utilization rate,etc.(2)A comprehensive evaluation model based on yield quality nitrogen use efficiency was constructed by GRA.Because the two varieties were regulated by their own genes,under the treatment of substrate water content ≤ 45% ± 3% and substrate EC value ≤0.9 ± 0.1m S/cm,‘Zheyingfen No.1’ scored the highest,0.79,ranking first;under the treatment of substrate water content ≤ 35% ± 3% and substrate EC value≤0.7 ± 0.1m S/cm,‘Fenjiaren’ scored the highest,0.73,ranking first.
