The paper was intended to study the effect about the nitrate content alteration in the fruits of mini cucumbers and cherry tomato in different growth periods and different days after topdressing and storing and under different temperature, the effect about the nitrate content in the soil in different growth periods and different days after topdressing, the effect about earlier yield and total yield and the quality of the fruits at different proportion and dosage of the organic fertilizer and living beings organic fertilizer and chemical combination by processing the experiments of soil planting in greenhouse in the spring and applying the chemical methods . The result shows :(1) The nitrate content in the fruits and the soil ( 0 - 40 cm soil layer) of every fertilizer group had the same alternation regularity in growth stage of mini cucumber and cherry tomato, that was to move upward earlier and attain the maximal content in middle period and drop once more later , yet the content in later stage was more than the content in the earlier stage and accumulated in the end. 0~20cm soil layer's nitrate content was higher than the correspondent 20 cm ~ 40 cm soil layer's .(2) The nitrate content in the fruits and the soil ( 0 - 40 cm soil layer) of every fertilizer group had a tendency that moved upward in early and attained maximal value at 6 - 9 days later, then dropped once more after the same time topdressing. 0~20cm soil layer's nitrate content all was higher than the correspondent 20 cm~40 cm soil layer' too .(3) The nitrate content in the fruits and soil in different fertilizer groups had unanimous regular alternation in the growth stage , in which the nitrate content in fruits changed with the alternation of the nitrate content in the soil. It attained the maximal content in the middle periods, then started dropping, but the 0~20 cm soil layer's nitrate content was more than nitrate content in 20~40 cm soil layer and the fruits' .The nitrate content in the soil and the fruits both had ascending tendency at 3~6 days later after the same time topdressing, and soil's nitrate content started dropping later, and attained the least value at the twelfth day ;and the nitrate content in the fruits moved upward with the descent in 20~40 cm soil layer's nitrate content, but it was less than the nitrate content in 0~20 cm soil layer'.(4) The nitrate content in the mini cucumber fruits all presented descent tendency after laying for three days at the room temperature ( 20 -25 ) and in the freezer( 5 ~7 ), and the descent scope at the room temperature for three days was obviously more than that in the freezer for three days .The nitrate content in the Cherry tomato fruits presented the descent tendency ,too, after laying at the room temperature for 3 days and 6 days , and the nitrate content dropped continuously with the increase of days .(5) The best group in the quality was that applied fertilizer together with nitrogen , phosphorus , potassium and the organic fertilizer. Others expressed unanimous effect.(6) There was difference in the applying fertilizer effect of earlier yield between mini cucumber and cherry tomato, and the applying of rice straw and organic fertilizer together with enzyme bacterial manure in the mini cucumber experiment made the earlier yield and total yield all top ( 25. 6 kg/667 m:1 and 6693. 1 kg/667 m2) ; and in the cherry tomato experiment, the earlier yield of the group of nitrogen and phosphorus and potassium fertilization applied together was the supreme(13. 7 kg/667 m2), to apply organic fertilizer and living beings organic fertilizer and semi- quantity chemical fertilizer made the total yield top(4876. 5 kg/667 m2).(7) The nitrate content in the fruits and soils of the group simply applying nitrogen fertilizer was significantly higher than others', and had the largest scope in the entire growth stage and after the same time topdressing; to apply others fertilizer all could reduce accumulation of the nitrate content in the fruits and soils on the basis of applying the nitrogen...
