A random block designed field experiment with five treatments and three repetitions was conducted to study the effects of applications of microbial inoculums with different fertilizers on soil various nutrients' changes, soil microorganisms, soil biomass C and N change, corn growth, chlorophyll content, leaf area, nutrient absorption, yield on the lime brown earth in Shanxi Province, The results indicated that: Under the experimental condition, the application of microbial inoculum with organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer remarkably increased the soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, the fast-available phosphorus, and the fast-available potassium content at the corn jointing stage. The soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, the fast-available potassium, and the fast-available phosphorus content were 28.7%, 33.1%, and 11.0% higher than that in the treatment of inorganic fertilizer separately. May obviously enhance the soil organic matter and total nitrogen content, the soil total nitrogen and organic matter content were 10.6%,31% higher than that in the treatment of inorganic fertilizer separately. It is advantageous to enhances the soil microorganism activeness that microbial inoculums executes into to the soil, the number of nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphor bacteria and potassium bacterium obviously has been increase, the nitrogen-fixing bacteria, phosphor bacteria number were 50%, 82%, 60% higher than that in the treatment of inorganic fertilizer separately in the seedling; The bacteria, radioactive bacteria number were 84% 30% higher than that separately; May obviously enhance the number of soil biomass C and N; May obviously increase the corn high, the leaf area; The chlorophyll content were 13.6% , the high were 9.9cm, the leaf area were 3.2 to 23.2 cm2, the ear length were 4.1%, the ear width were 5.9%, the ear weight were 8.4%, and an ear of grain were 15.5% higher than that in the treatment of inorganic fertilizer separately, while its grain output were 18.2% higher than that; the application of microbial inoculum with organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer remarkably increased the corn's ear long, thick, weight, an seed ear number and weight, so enhanced the corn grain output, and obviously promoted the corn plant absorbing the nutrient of N, P, K, and promoted the nutrient transporting in the grain, the application of microbial inoculum with organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer is better than the else.In brief, application of microbial inoculum with organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer was advantageous to increase soil fertility, to promote corn growth, and to enhance corn output.
