| China’s pig industry has a long history of development and is the world’s largest pork producer.At the same time,Chinese residents like to eat pork and are also the world’s largest pork consumer.The annual consumption of pork accounts for about half of the world’s output value of live pigs.At present,due to the limitation of objective conditions,the live pigs supply chain management in China still lags behind.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,higher requirements are put forward for the live pigs supply chain management,which leads to the high brittleness of the live pigs supply chain.In 2018,the price of domestic live pig supply chain remained high,and the vulnerability of the live pig supply chain was exposed.Foreign pig enterprises have entered in a strong way,domestic well-known Internet enterprises have set foot in one after another,African swine fever continues to impact,the domestic pig industry is facing a major reshuffle of the industry,and the brittleness management of the live pig supply chain is facing severe challenges.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of modern live pigs supply chain management,it is particularly important and urgent to diagnose the brittleness degree of live pigs supply chain and prevent the brittleness of live pigs supply chain.Live pig supply chain is long and complex,involving numerous links,is strongly influenced by internal and external environment,and because the pig-breeding itself has long breeding period,high disease risk,involving many properties,such as in the more difficult to recover if a problem occurs,all of these factors make it compared with other agricultural products supply chain has more brittle.This paper mainly takes the live pigs supply chain as the research object and studies the following parts in detail.Firstly,the brittleness of the supply chain,the defense of the brittleness of the supply chain and the research status of the live pigs supply chain were sorted out,the organizational structure of the live pigs supply chain was analyzed,and the formation mechanism of the brittleness was analyzed based on this.To better assess the brittleness of live pig supply chain,combines the qualitative indexes and quantitative indexes,constructed including the external environment,production breeding,slaughtering and processing,logistics distribution,consumption,a total of five links,evaluation system,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine weights,and on this basis to join the matter-element analysis,solve the problem of the indexes are incompatible,The brittleness evaluation is more in line with the objective reality.As a result,this article is based on the AHP-The Vulnerability Diagnosis Methods of Extension Matter-element model of brittle diagnosis method,empirical study was carried out on the pig industry big province of Shandong,the results show that Shandong province pigs in the degree of supply chain brittleness level is "medium",the external environment of brittleness is highest,the second is production breed tache,need to guard against,on the above link and defensive strategy.We should focus on the external environment and the production and breeding links,continuously optimize and develop the slaughtering and processing links and the sales links,continue to maintain the low brittleness advantage of the logistics and distribution links,and promote the coordinated development of all links.In addition,by using matter element analysis method to further identify the degree of brittleness of live pig supply chain is by the level of risk of disease and epidemic prevention,inspection and quarantine capacity caused by several key factors such as role,in reducing the brittleness enhance the stability of the supply chain strategy,supply chain should be focused on each link of the brittle factors,targeted pig supply chain brittle crack problem,Finally realize the long-term development of domestic pig industry. |
