| Intelligent driving domain controller is an important part of intelligent vehicle,which plays a vital role in intelligent driving.At present,the development of automobile intelligent driving domain controller in the industry is in its infancy,and the research on the quality risk of intelligent driving domain controller is insufficient,there are many risk factors.The problems caused by the quality of intelligent driving domain controllers often have a greater impact,bringing huge security risks to drivers and passengers,and even endangering their lives.Through the research on the quality risk of intelligent driving domain controller research and development related to automobile safety,the potential safety hazards of drivers and passengers in the process of using automobiles can be reduced,and the development of intelligent driving domain controller products can be promoted.Based on the development process and quality management status of Ferd’s A07 project intelligent driving domain controller,this thesis conducts quality risk management in the A07 project development process from risk identification,response and control.Firstly,through the analysis of the current situation of the project,three types of risks in the A07 project are identified:product maturity risk,product development design risk,and change risk.Then conduct in-depth risk analysis of large types of risks:the application of DFMEA theoretical tools to product design technology risk analysis,FMEA in the process of product design and development,can help enterprises identify and control product quality risks,reduce the occurrence of follow-up problems,improve product reliability and safety,but also can provide important input for other activities related to product design and development process,thereby improving the production quality and efficiency of enterprises;By using DRBFM,enterprises can better control the quality risk of design changes and ensure the quality and reliability of products in the process of design changes.Apply fuzzy analysis method and improved PRL model to analyze the risk of product maturity,judge the maturity of products at different stages through more intuitive indicators,identify the potential risks of A07 project in product design stage,design change stage and product maturity through the above three theoretical tools,determine the specific risk impact factors,take different countermeasures for different risk factors,and effectively monitor the actual implementation process of measures,and finally apply effect feedback through the A07 project.Optimize quality risk management and establish a more complete quality risk management model for intelligent driving domain controllers.Using DFMEA,DRBFM,and fuzzy risk management tools can effectively help teams identify potential risks and develop appropriate countermeasures to avoid them ensuring high quality and reliability at the design stage.Through the research on the quality risk of the intelligent driving domain controller of the A07 project,from the product design risk,product design change risk and product maturity risk,the purpose is to ensure that the A07 project can ensure the quality and stability of the product while ensuring delivery and cost.At the same time,it can improve the quality risk management level of Ferd’s driving domain controller development,reduce the quality risk of enterprises,and also play a very positive role in the quality risk management research of driving domain controller development in the industry. |
