Since the construction and operation of Lanzhou Line 1 in June 2019,it has been using the daily inspection mode of subway widely used by domestic first-tier cities to ensure the safe operation of subway vehicles. However, with the accumulation of subway operation and maintenance experience, and the reference of other subway companies’ relevant experience,it can be found that the existing daily inspection mode of subway vehicles in Lanzhou Rail Transit Company is inefficient, with a serious waste of labor costs, and it is difficult to meet the corporate goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency. Therefore, there is an urgent need to optimize the daily inspection mode of metro vehicles in Lanzhou Rail Transit Company.Based on optimization theories and methods, this article first uses statistical methods to collect, count, and analyze maintenance data during the daily inspection of subway vehicles.By calculating indicators such as ground fault rate and percentage, and labor saturation rate, key issues affecting maintenance efficiency are identified. Then, analyze the reasons for excessive maintenance, excessive and miscellaneous daily inspection content, and insufficient working hours of daily inspection employees. Finally, based on the causes of the problem,an optimization scheme for the daily inspection mode of metro vehicles in Lanzhou Rail Transit Company is constructed, which is a new four-day inspection+patrol inspection mode with the trinity of "vehicle rule person".The specific contents include: First, using FMECA analysis tools to calculate and analyze the hazard level of various systems of metro vehicles in Lanzhou Line 1,combining the analysis results, and ensuring the quality of metro vehicle maintenance,By extending the inspection cycle of low hazard subsystems and maintaining the original inspection cycle of high hazard subsystems,a four-day inspection+patrol inspection mode is proposed to extend the inspection cycle and reduce excessive maintenance.Secondly, based on the existing daily inspection and maintenance rules, maintenance rules for four-day inspection and patrol inspection have been formulated to optimize the work content and improve maintenance efficiency.Thirdly, analyze the working hours of the work content under the four-day inspection+patrol inspection mode, and calculate the reasonable number of employees allocated for each application team by constructing a 0-1 integer linear programming model. The conclusion of the paper shows that by optimizing the daily inspection mode of subway vehicles as described above, while maintaining the overall hazard level of subway vehicles within acceptable conditions,3693.8 man-hours can be saved each year, with the man-hour saturation rising from 26.5% to 63.9%,and the number of employees in the operation team reduced from 68 to 36.The optimization scheme in this article can improve the maintenance efficiency of daily maintenance of subway vehicles under certain conditions, and reduce operating costs and labor costs, which is beneficial for Lanzhou Rail Transit Company to cope with the maintenance pressure brought by the increasing passenger flow year by year.At the same time,it can reduce resource waste, optimize internal resources, simplify labor costs, and achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency in subway operation. In the long run, timely optimization based on the operation and maintenance of subway companies can help reduce local financial burdens and achieve sustainable development.
