China’s urban rail transit network and passenger flow have ranked first in the world,ensuring safety is still the first priority of urban rail transit,and the stable operation of equipment is to ensure operational safety and operation.The premise of quality.At present,China’s urban rail transit equipment mainly adopts a maintenance strategy that combines fault maintenance and regular maintenance,resulting in problems such as low equipment reliability and high maintenance costs.In view of this,this article conducts in-depth research on equipment maintenance strategies,builds a maintenance method system for urban rail equipment,introduces the classification decision idea,selects maintenance methods for equipment and formulates corresponding maintenance cycles,realizes the individualization of equipment maintenance management,and improves equipment maintenance management.The decision-making maintenance method is the primary work of the equipment maintenance strategy.Before making a decision,this article first sorts out the establishment of the equipment maintenance method system,introduces state maintenance on the basis of the original regular maintenance and fault maintenance,and refines it into planned maintenance and according to the definition.Forecast maintenance.On this basis,the idea of classification decision is used to select the maintenance method for the equipment according to the characteristics of the equipment.The five characteristics of equipment failure type,equipment failure impact,relative maintenance cost,failure repairability,and parameter extraction are selected as classification indicators.Class methods classify equipment,and then construct a logical decision model of maintenance mode according to the applicability of each maintenance mode,and decide the maintenance mode for different types of equipment.In terms of the maintenance cycle calculation model,based on the equipment classification results,for the periodic maintenance of equipment,the equipment’s trouble-free running time is taken as the research object,and the idea of the trial-error method is used to determine the equipment’s failure probability distribution model,including the use of maximum likelihood estimation Distribution parameters,goodness-of-fit testing using the KS test method,the theoretical distribution model with the highest goodness-of-fitness is selected as the probability distribution model of equipment failure,and the periodic maintenance period of the equipment is determined according to the relationship between reliability feature quantities;Plan to repair the equipment.Through statistical analysis of the number of equipment failures,it is found that the failure of electronic equipment has a more obvious correlation with temperature.Consider introducing temperature into the probability distribution model of equipment failure.Fit the probability distribution function separately,use the polynomial curve fitting method to determine the relationship between the temperature and the parameters of the probability density function,and substitute this relationship into the probability density function to obtain the conditional probability density function of the equipment’s trouble-free operating time at a certain temperature level,According to The average temperature in the same season uses reliability to formulate variable maintenance cycles for planned maintenance equipment;for predicting maintenance equipment,analyzes the influencing factors of equipment failure from three aspects of equipment status,use environment and maintenance level,and divides equipment failure according to equipment attributes For the three categories of software failure,mechanical failure and electrical failure,on this basis,the application of survival analysis theory,based on working days,failure modules,failure closed-loop time,temperature,humidity as covariates,establish a device failure prediction model based on Cox proportional hazard regression,Quantitatively analyze the impact of various covariates on equipment failure,and obtain the function of the probability of equipment failure in different environments changing with time,to achieve the purpose of predicting equipment failure.In-depth research on equipment maintenance strategies can reasonably optimize the equipment maintenance cycle and greatly improve the equipment maintenance management level.
