EPC mode,as a turnkey engineering mode of design,guarantee and construction,is more and more widely used in modern construction industry.EPC mode not only includes the specific architectural design work in the general sense,but also includes the overall planning and coordination of the work content within the scope of the entire engineering project contract.The supplier management is an important link to ensure the quality and quantity of the construction project.The S project of Z Company is the EPC design and construction general contract project,and relevant supplier evaluation and selection is an important guarantee to ensure that the project can be completed on time and delivered with good quality.This paper first introduces the basic operating conditions of S project of Z company,analyzes the various demand markets and the supply market conditions of the required raw materials and accessories in the construction process of the project,and makes a systematic analysis of the current construction environment of the project.Secondly,the current situation of material supply assurance management of the company is investigated.Based on the current situation of supply assurance,the current situation of supplier management is analyzed,and the existing problems and causes of supply management such as supplier classification management and supplier evaluation are summarized.Then,it puts forward relevant strategies to improve material support and supplier management,reconstructs the comprehensive indicator system of supplier selection and evaluation,and adds some important indicators,such as R&D capability,automation degree,interest protection multiple,asset-liability ratio,etc.According to the reconstructed supplier evaluation index system of EPC project general contract project,in view of the needs of cable supply assurance,The selection of cable supplier is analyzed by examples.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures for the evaluation and selection of EPC project suppliers.
