| In the context of rapid urbanization in China,residential industrialization is developing rapidly,and residential areas are mushrooming in large,medium and small cities,among which the residential district is the most important place for new residents to live.Residential district landscape directly affects the residents’ choice and satisfaction of using the district.Due to the current stage of landscape design personnel engaged in the professional background,cognitive level,design ability there are large differences,resulting in high cost of residential community landscape design,low efficiency,landscape effects vary,and even the absence of some landscape functional areas,seriously affecting the activities of residents.How to improve the efficiency of landscape design,reduce costs,and improve the quality of the landscape has become an important issue in the design of residential landscape urgent solution.Modularity is an important way and method of industrial development.The industrialized landscape design is still in the process of exploration.The paper takes the domestic residential district landscape design as the research object,constructs the landscape modular design system from the landscape elements and landscape functions,and carries out the verification of the landscape modular design system in Yunxi Mansion district.The specific research results are as follows:(1)Analyzing the landscape elements of residential district,formulating the design principles of landscape module,and constructing a database of landscape elements such as plant class,water body class and road class based on the flexible scale range of landscape module application;designing functional modules according to the composition characteristics of landscape elements in space and considering human demand for landscape;forming four types of functional module combination forms based on the structural characteristics of outdoor green space in the district(Tandem,branch and leaf,grid and center);constructed four kinds of characteristic modules based on the characteristics of landscape elements: single-element combination module,multi-element combination module and multi-element sequence combination module.(2)The modular system of landscape design is constructed on the basis of the refinement design of functional modules.The system includes seven modules: intelligent module,plant module,water module,road module,vignette module,environmental facilities module and construction practice module.Among them,based on the demand of community security management,the intelligent module introduces ten sub-modules such as intercom sub-module,electronic patrol sub-module,perimeter anti-crossing and alarm linkage sub-module,parking management sub-module,public information display sub-module,emergency broadcasting sub-module,etc.;based on the demand of residents for the comfort of the landscape environment of the residential community,the plant module contains aromatic plant module,flowering irrigation and flowering tree module,colorful leaf module,etc.The water feature module adds a swimming pool sub-module on top of the water plunge sub-module,water overflow sub-module,fountain sub-module and mirror water sub-module;the road module adds a fitness track feature module on top of the car loop sub-module,the first class walkway sub-module,the second class walkway sub-module and the homecoming road sub-module;the vignette module includes a memorial vignette sub-module,a thematic vignette sub-module,a decorative vignette sub-module and a display vignette sub-module.The vignette module consists of four sub-modules: monumental vignettes,thematic vignettes,decorative vignettes and display vignettes;the environmental facilities module includes six categories.Considering the cost control and quality requirements,the structural practice module is designed according to the construction drawings with sub-module of sidewalk base practice,sub-module of carriageway base practice,sub-module of water guide channel practice,sub-module of EPDM cast-in-place floor mat,sub-module of Ting-step practice,etc.The module organization is designed to lead the functional modules with flow lines to build the community landscape sequence.Four types of landscape sequences,including linear layout,circular layout,radial layout and composite layout,are designed to complete the construction of landscape module system.(3)The feasibility of the application of the landscape module system in the landscape design of the residential district was verified by taking the Yunxi Mansion district as the application object.The comprehensive analysis of the project shows that the positioning of the project is suitable for landscape design using improved modular configuration standards.The modular design quickly completes eight designs: main entrance design,internal road design,activity space design,plant special design,sports field design,environmental facilities design,and structure practice design,and the combination of these eight designs forms a complete landscape design plan.Realize the residential community landscape project function perfect,to achieve the purpose of landscape quality,reduce costs,increase efficiency,open residential community landscape design quickly into the development of landscape industrialization milestone. |
