Research On The Greenland Landscape Design Of Residential Community Based On The Interaction Concept

Communities are like the "cells" of a city.Thousands of communities form a well-ordered city.Therefore,the degree of community development most directly reflects the development of the entire city.Looking at the current state of community development,with the advent of the era of intelligence,the construction of smart communities is in full swing.However,it cannot be ignored that the community landscape,which is extremely important to the sense of residence of community residents,has problems such as lack of experience and shallow sense of belonging..As more and more residents pay more attention to the impact of community landscape on their sense of living,the importance of community landscape experience is also increasing day by day.Landscape design has changed from showing the beauty of artistic design to focusing on the perception and communication experience of community residents.Therefore,in the design of the community landscape,the research on the interaction of the residents of the community space has gradually developed into a brand new idea of ??community construction.Based on the analysis of the interactive concept,this dissertation proposes a residential community green space landscape design with community farms as a carrier,updates the community environment,activates the social atmosphere,creates a community space in which residents actively participate in interaction,and effectively alleviates the problem of unusable urban idle land.,Economic and social aspects have good influence.Based on the status quo of community green landscape in Qingshan District,Wuhan,this dissertation conducts research on the interactive landscape design of community green landscape in Qingshan District,Wuhan.Using literature research methods,case research methods,interdisciplinary research methods,site research methods,questionnaire survey methods,design practice methods and other methods,the purpose is to introduce community farm landscapes in Qingshan District of Wuhan to meet the living needs of different people.Create a user-oriented space;improve the quality of public life,enrich the landscape form to form an interesting community green space landscape;deepen the connection and communication between residents,promote neighborhood harmony,and build a friendly and harmonious community;build an ecologically intensive shared community landscape to promote The sustainable development of the community,while alleviating the pressure of the unusable urban idle land,and in-depth exploration of the future development model of the interactive community farm landscape in Wuhan.First,analyze the characteristics of the green space landscape of the residential community and the characteristics of the users,and have a full understanding of the relevant theories of the community farm,such as the theory of environmental psychology,the theory of horticultural therapy,the hierarchy of needs,the theory of sustainability,the theory of nature education,and the theory of landscape ecology.Explore the feasibility of the interactive landscape with community farms as the carrier in the green space landscape design of residential areas,and combine domestic and foreign research results and community farms cases to inspire the author’s design ideas.Secondly,in the research part,taking 6 communities of Qinglivable Community,Qingheju,Qinghuiju,Qingkangju,Qingyaju,and Greenland Parker Mansion in the shantytown community of Qingshan District in Wuhan as examples,we visited,photographed,Research methods such as in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys analyze the current status of the green landscape of residential communities,organize and analyze the results of the residents’ questionnaire data,and then propose principles,strategies and application methods for the green landscape design of interactive residential communities.Finally,take Wuhan’s green livable community as an example to implement interactive community farm landscape design.Transform residents’ passive participation into active participation through sensory experience and the use of modern interactive means.The regional cultural landscape and sketch landscape are designed based on the steel culture of Qingshan District,and different forms of farm space are created according to the needs of different groups of people,making the space rich in layers.Supplemented by the creation of popular science space,the invisible management of interactive space,and the network communication platform,it hopes to enhance the interaction between people and the environment,and build a contemporary community landscape paradigm with strong experience and participation.In the limited community space,fully excavate the idle land in the community,use roofs,building facades,roads,and green space next to the house to put forward the concept of an interactive community farm in the idle land of the community,and provide reference for the future use of idle land in the community of Wuhan.This dissertation hopes that through the practice of this research and design,the vitality of green and livable communities will be updated while laying a certain research foundation and experience for reference in the future interactive community green landscape in Wuhan.Use community farms as the carrier to reform traditional greening models and activity spaces,promote the harmony of the entire Qingshan district,increase the popularity of interactive community farms in Wuhan,and provide reference suggestions for promoting China’s interactive community governance.
