Research On The Theme Landscape Design In The Residenital Community Of The Main City In Hangzhou

With the maturity and depth of the China’s real estate development in recent years, the ResidentialCommunity with the distinct theme rapidly develop, colorful themes meet the spiritual needs ofpeople in large extent. However, during the progress of constructing the theme landscape in theresidential community, bring about such problems as the peculation in the theme concepts andorderless in expression methods.Nowadays, the theme residential community has distinct theme ideas, which are different from theprevious ones. The article to theme landscape of the residential community in main city of Hangzhouas the starting point, by integrating and abstracting massive residential communities’ investigativeinformation, to analyze the theme landscape’s generation, development, types and levels, summed upthe idea regularity of residential community’s theme landscape under the development model. Basedon this, the overall planning and detailed design was completed on two levels on the theme ofexpression, which cause the invisible subject implication in the visible landscape, realizes the planprimary intention，provides useful references for our theme residential community landscape design.This article includes the main contents of the following:1. On the basis of review of domestic and foreign research, proposed paper research purposes,meaning, and basic framework.2. Discussed the problems appeared in construction of residential community theme landscape.3. Study of the related concepts, and through the analysis of generation and development, types andlevels of theme, forming the basic understanding.4. Establish the process and principles of theme landscape design, combine the theme purposiveanalysis and style orientation, discuss the process of idea and methods of expression.5. Analysis of each step within overall planning and detailed design progress, combined withinstances to discuss overall space, landscape elements and so on, to realize the expression of themelandscape.6. By case analysis with theoretical system run through, further explicit the meaning and value of thisthesis.
