Research Of Residential Community's Landscape Design In Northern Cities

With the imProvement of the People's living standard,more and more people today are realizing the importance of the dwelling environments,and they also begin to pay attention to the outdoor environment.of their residential. Obtained the excellent external environment of the urban houses through environmental planning and design, not only can improve social benefit, enviromnental benefit, but also become the expansion and extension of the living-room. Through the creation of the environmental place and other landscape outside the room, household possess the open space contacting with nature mthe space associating with other people , and creat harmonious community atmosphere from spirit. So, the creature of the outdoor environment landscape will be the important developing direction in residence district in the future. While it is an urgent task to create good outdoor environment landscape for low-and-middle-income residents in affordable housing which can only gain 3% low benefit.What we studied in this thesis was the outdoor landscape design of residential district in Northern cities, also the discussion and research on outdoor environments of economic department in Xi'an. First, we reviewed the theory development the problems existed in outdoor landscape design and construction environment and influence of environment to people with the theory of environment phycology, we concluded, based on analysis above, that landscape design in Northern cities should be under the guidance of"sustainatle development"and Residential Landscape Design Guide, we discussed the appliance of ecologic design, opening framework, Geomantic omen , for improving and enriching landscape design of residential district in Northern cities. Besides, after analysis and study of typical outdoor roomes——Social contact space of neighborhood, activities space of children and old people. We presented several advices which were helpful for outdoor contact and activities space design of residential district in Northern cities.Through comprehensive researching and analysis I hope that this paper will offer some good ideas in creation and theoretical research of the outdoor environment of residential community in northern cities, and cause thinking more deeply.
