| With the increase of economic level and market competitiveness,refined production methods and improved production efficiency have become the inevitable choice for the manufacturing industry.Against this background,countries around the world are actively exploring ways to enhance enterprise competitiveness in order to gain a favorable position in a highly competitive market.Workshop layout planning,as an important part of manufacturing system design,can reduce unnecessary waste caused by handling and waiting in the production process,compress product production cycles,and lower production costs with a scientifically reasonable workshop layout,ultimately improving enterprise production efficiency.In this study,M Company’s mechanical production workshop was selected as the research object to carry out workshop layout optimization research.The main work is as follows:Firstly,based on on-site investigation,the current situation of M Company’s welding workshop,assembly workshop,and machining workshop were analyzed,and the problems and real needs of M Company in terms of cost,workshop layout,and production efficiency were identified.Secondly,based on the collection and analysis of relevant data of M Company’s workshop,its production capacity was analyzed and formulae were determined.Based on this,the production capacity,assembly line cycle time,process flow,and logistics volume of the welding workshop,assembly workshop,and machining workshop were analyzed,providing conditions for workshop layout optimization.Furthermore,based on system layout design method,unit layout design,and material relationship diagram,the workshop layout schemes for the welding workshop,assembly workshop,and machining workshop were determined,and the optimized scheme was compared with the current layout,proving the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimized scheme.Through the reasonable layout optimization of M Company’s mechanical production workshop,the company was able to improve production efficiency and product quality,and reduce production costs.This study not only provides realistic materials for workshop layout planning research,but also provides a reference for workshop layout optimization of similar enterprises. |
