Research Of Productio Workshop Facility Layout About SC Company

With the economic development and globalization, competition is increasing in themanufacturing industry. In this environment, if a company wants to survive, they must improvetheir own competitiveness. Today, costs and profits are transparent, cost reduction rely onreducing the consumption of raw materials and materials is not feasible, more and more peoplebegin to pay attention to "the third profit source", that is, the cost of logistics, in nature logisticsdesign is the design of the facility layout.The facility layout includes the general layout of the plant and the plant layout. Theworkshop facility layout has a great impact on production systems, logistics, information flow,and production costs. It can not only shorten the transportation distance, reduce handling costsand improve production efficiency, speed up production processes and cash flow.In this paper, we analyze the amount of logistics and parts logistics route between thevarious operating units and raise the existing problems in SC current production workshop. Inthe design of the new program, we use the SLP method. First we analyze the basic elements andthe logistics and non-logistics between the various operating units in SC production workshop.On this basis, we can draw a comprehensive relationship diagram between the various operatingunits; according to the security classification relationship between the various operating unitsand closeness of the comprehensive relationship chart table, the position correlation diagramcan be drawn out; we can calculate the area required by the various operating units, the candraw a correlation diagram of the area between the various operating units; according to the specific size of the new workshop, we can get three viable layout scheme. Finally, according tothe evaluation method of the weighting factors, evaluate and analyze the three options andselect the best solution.Production workshop facilities layout based on SLP in this article has a certain referenceto the same type of elevator companies.
