Based on the SLP theory and Flexsim software,this paper takes the layout planning of the heater workshop of Shanghai Power Auxiliary Station Plant as the research object,and makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis.The following three aspects are analyzed for the present situation of the heater products in the system,which are long in the process of production flow and there are many phenomena such as crossing,repetitive phenomena,and consequent handling,storage inconvenience and unsafe operation.And research:The status quo and the basic production situation of the heater production workshop are introduced,and the analysis of the product and the production,the analysis of the process flow and the layout,the time analysis and the auxiliary service facilities are introduced.Analysis of Workshop Layout Based on SLP.According to the basic elements,the area of the work unit is re-divided,and the characteristics of the process flow and the material are analyzed.The logistics and non-logistics correlation analysis is carried out by using the method of system facilities layout.The logistics,non-logistics related graphs and the relevant unit-On the basis of this,the area relation relation and occupied area are combined to determine the area of the work area,and the workshop layout optimization scheme is established.The optimal layout scheme is selected by expert scoring and formaldehyde factor analysis.Thirdly,through the computer simulation software,the optimization scheme of the heater production workshop is modeled,and the rationality of the verification scheme is verified by running the results of the production state(processing time,material flow,stagnation state,etc.)before and after the comparison and improvement.The reasonableness of workshop improvement.
