Research On The Development Strategy Of JK New Energy Company Based On Core Competitiveness

In recent years,with the continuous development of global economy,energy problems become more and more serious,especially energy shortage and environmental pollution.All countries in the world attach great importance to the strategic layout of energy.Based on this background,photovoltaic power generation as a new clean energy,its strategic layout has a very significant development significance.At present,China’s photovoltaic power generation industry is entering a stage of rapid development,and its market size is still expanding.China has set up factories in more than 20 countries or regions in the world,and the products produced have been exported to nearly 200 countries and regions in the world.Along with our country includes the photovoltaic industry into the strategic planning of the energy development,for the enterprises of each link of the photovoltaic industry chain,in order to better occupy the market and clear the development direction,to ensure the stable profit survival of the enterprises after they leave the protection of the government.Moreover,it is very important to go abroad to develop the international market,utilize and cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises,and choose the right development strategy.In this paper,JK company as the research object,PEST model,Porter’s five forces model,IFE,EFE,balanced scorecard(BSC)and other analysis tools to JK company’s internal and external influencing factors for a comprehensive analysis,summed up the core competitiveness of JK company.At the same time,from the perspective of utilizing and improving JK Company’s core competitiveness,the author determines JK Company’s development strategy management objectives,draws the enterprise’s development strategy map,and puts forward the corresponding development strategy implementation and management safeguard measures.Through this study,it can provide reference for new energy enterprises to formulate and implement development strategies from the perspective of core competitiveness.
