Study On Evaluation Of Photovoltaic Project’s Benefit Of Assisting Agriculture In Zhangjiakou City

By 2021,poverty alleviation is the key word of China’s governance.Its scale,intensity and benefits have reached a large number of people.Its comprehensive victory has created a miracle that will go down in history.After 2021,China will focus on rural vitalization to ensure that the scale of poverty return does not occur,that the household income of the people lifted out of poverty is increased,and that the work from poverty alleviation to revitalization is completed.The proposal of the national dual-carbon strategy has accelerated the development of the photovoltaic industry.As a national renewable energy demonstration zone,Zhangjiakou has also promoted the photovoltaic industry according to local conditions.From poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,a series of favorable policies promoted rapid development.In the end,whether photovoltaic projects play as great a role in improving farmers’ income as external appearances in poverty alleviation before and after poverty alleviation,has become the focus of social attention.This paper takes the agricultural aid benefit of photovoltaic projects in Zhangjiakou City as the research object,through field visits,in-depth understanding of the implementation status and basic results of local photovoltaic projects to assist agriculture,and qualitative evaluation of the effect of Zhangjiakou photovoltaic projects to assist agriculture.Based on the perspective of farmers,this paper makes use of the survey data and query statistical data,and uses the analytic Hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight combined weight method to build a model,and makes a quantitative analysis of the income of the photovoltaic project assisting agriculture in Zhangjiakou City.Through the comparison and summary of the obtained data,it is found that the photovoltaic project in Zhangjiakou City has played an effective role in promoting the implementation of the process of assisting agriculture.The existing factors affecting the sustainable development of farmers’ income,such as national policy factors,photovoltaic project income factors,economic base factors,population factors,trace back to the source,find out the existing problems,This paper puts forward targeted countermeasures to ensure stability and seek innovation through national policies,improve photovoltaic project income system,explore new modes to promote local economic development,and change farmers’ thoughts through increasing education input,providing reference for the actual effect of photovoltaic project to assist agriculture in Zhangjiakou City,and pointing out the direction for the sustainable development of photovoltaic project.Zhangjiakou to enhance the consolidation of the quality of work contribution.
