Research On The Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation In Lvliang City

It is a major strategic deployment of the government to lift all poverty-stricken people in rural areas out of poverty,and it's also the arduous task of building a well-off society by 2020.At present,the poverty alleviation has entered the stage of" tackle tough issue","wade the deep area "and "make an assault".Lvliang city is one of the 14 special poverty-stricken areas in China,there are 10 poverty-stricken counties,1,146 poor villages and 480,300 poverty people.Photovoltaic poverty alleviation is a brand new,ecological and efficient poverty alleviation project,which is a sustainable poverty alleviation model in line with the new development concept.The photovoltaic poverty alleviation project has great influence on the development of poverty alleviation in Lvliang city.Firstly,through reviewing the literature and the research results of domestic and foreign,this paper set up the framework and process of the photovoltaic poverty alleviation mechanism.Secondly,combining with the practical experience of the photovoltaic poverty alleviation in lvliang city,this paper collects data by means of field investigation,interview,research and other methods,and describes the relevant statistics qualitatively.Third,there are four first-degree indexes and 25 second-order indexes of the quantitative analysis of the article,using AHP to select data of natural conditions and economic basis,poor people and living conditions,construction scale and economic benefits,awareness and satisfaction,to analyse the effectiveness of Photovoltaic Poverty Alleviation in Lvliang County(District).According to the results of analysis,there are ten counties(districts)from high to low ranking of score,followed by Lin county,Fangshan County,Jiaokou County,Shilou County,Zhongyang County,Jiaocheng County,Lan County,Liulin County,Xing County,Lishi District;Finally,according to the factors of affecting photovoltaic poverty alleviation in Lvliang City,this paper put forward five improved strategies to solve the problems,and provides a reference for the evaluation of photovoltaic in the poor areas of lvliang city and the whole country.
